Sabbay Kep

Hotel well located few meters from Crab Market and one Km average from the beach. the hotel got 10 villas full equipped - pool - good breakfast - a good place to relax in Kep. the owner give you all the information you need and organize for you the transportation - you can also bike. I recommend this place

Family run business Fred and his wife, the staff are very friendly and nothing is to much trouble .We found the bed very heard to sleep on .And Fred had it changed by the time we had breakfast the next morning . The grounds are well kept . And right across from the sea .

We stayed two nights. Loved the garden setting and location. Fred and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large - as was the bathroom - with an outside terrace . Dining has a view of the sea through trees. Restaurants are a 2 mins walk, while the beach is maybe 10 mins - very well located. The food at the hotel is fresh and excellent. There is also a rooftop bar where food is served. Bikes available and advice on where to go. They also set up our bus to Phnom Penh. Highly recommended.

A wonderful place to stay. A quiet and peaceful resort without the trappings of being overblown. Easy access to an array of amazing foods in the (more than just) crab restaurant *****. Excellent service from Frederic and all the staff. Good quality mountain bikes at the resort and lots of classic rides. It’s a fascinating area. Check out the French ‘ghost-town’, Sothey’s Pepper Farm, ride up to the lookout in the National Park, Kep beach, salt fields, sunsets over the water and more. Locals are super friendly and helpful. It’s safe, peaceful and reasonably clean. A big shout out to Sabbay Kep for great service and even great food. We usually eat out when travelling but the resort food repeatedly competed for our attention. Nice pool, aircon that works, very few mozzies and nets that work. Much recommended. Thanks for a nice visit.

We stayed @ this hotel for three nights,the environment is very comfortable,the place is clean,and the staff are all very nice and hospitable.The location is very nice,just cross the street is the beach.

Excellent family run hotel, with excellent staff and good food. Family were very comfortable here, the location is amazing and you are 5 minutes walk from the crab market and lots of seafood restaurants located right on the coast. We will definitely be returning!

I strongly suggest not choose this hotel. The hotel was just so so, definitely not worth the money,just half price maybe,the breakfast was very dull,not too much choice. I had a terrible experience with the hotel owner. I booked three nights on Agoda with the price showed 170$ but when I checked out,the hotel charged 50$extra,but the owner just told me its not their responsibility,its Agoda's problem. He talked so much just tried hard to get rid of his responsibility. As the hotel's owner, instead helping us to figure it out, he told us to go contact with Agoda,threw the problem to customers. I have confuse,as a customer,I felt being cheated,but I dont even know by whom,the hotel or the Agoda. So I want to figure it out, I asked a question and tried to collect information on FB expats groups. I did not either attack him or say anything bad about his hotel,the owner asked the group admins to delete my posts also found me on FB and attacked me by private messages. I am not only disappointed at the way he handles customers confuses and complains,but also super upset he attacked me from private. Let's see if my post here will be deleted too as on FB. 我强烈不推荐这家酒店，酒店不值得那些钱。早饭单调，没有很多选择。酒店老板处理问题的方法让热很失望。我在agoda 上订了三个晚上，是170美金，但是办离店的时候，酒店多收了50美金，我问原因，酒店老板告诉我不是酒店的问题，是agoda 的问题，让我自己去联系解决。 作为顾客，我觉得我被骗了，但是我都不知道被谁骗的，酒店还是agoda?所以我就去脸书上问问题，只是想得到一些信息，可能别人也有类似的经历，我没有任何攻击他个人或者他的酒店的信息。但是，酒店老板竟然要求脸书群的群主删我的帖子，还找到我个人的脸书账号给我发私信攻击我。试问这样的酒店，谁敢住。

The location is great,next to different restaurants and the sea. The environment is very comfortable,and the staffs are awesome! The breakfast is ok, not too much choice. The owner is very hospitable and friendly,but I am very disappointed at his way to handle the problem when I checked out. I booked three nights on Agoda,the hotel asked me pay about 50$ extra when I checked. The price was just very different when I reserved the room.The owner said its Agoda's problem not the hotel. As a customer, I felt being cheated,but by Agoda or the hotel,I have no idea. I am not happy the owner tried to avoid this problem. And the front dest lady was not that patient and nice with my frustrations. 位置好，靠海，附近有很多饭馆。酒店环境不错，员工非常棒。酒店的老板非常热情友好，但是我不喜欢他处理事情的方式，我在agoda上订了三个晚上，但是离开酒店前的费用和agoda 上差了差不多50美金，作为一个顾客，我觉得被骗了，但是是被agoda 骗了还是被酒店骗了，我也不知道，因为酒店老板说不是他们的问题，是agoda 的问题，那么既然知道是agoda 的问题，为什么酒店还要跟agoda 合作呢？ 这种为自己找借口的处理问题的方法，让作为顾客的我很不舒服。 还让我自己联系agoda，把问题都扔给顾客解决。

A wonderful little oasis away from the big corporate hotels of the world. This small family run business really cares about your stay helping with yours and transport and anything that arises. We stayed 3 nights had our laundry done and ate in the restaurant twice. The pool area overlooks the sea which is just across the road. It’s a hop skip and jump from the crab market and a short ride to the main beach. The bungalow was quiet and set in tropical surroundings it is just like the pictures. The beds are hard as they are across this country. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. The air-con worked well and we enjoyed the comfort of that. Great value for money. The food was home cooked - not had real homemade chips for ages! And they prepared food to suit our vegetarian needs. It has Cambodian and French but has traditional favourites We hired a motorbike to go around and see the sights including rabbit island which was lovely. There is a great deal of litter washed up on the beaches here and the locals are constantly trying to clear it but it keeps on washing up. If you are after a perfectly manicured tropical setting it’s not that it is a place that Cambodian families come for holidays We would recommend this hotel without question
