My wife, son and I thought this was hotel was amazing. Great location, short 3 block walk to the beach and short 3 block walk in the other direction to the main port with restaurants, shops, cafe's etc. The hotel was very modern and we really enjoyed the pool, which wasn't too deep but very refreshing! The rooms were quite large, comfortable,modern, and quiet, with a large attached baclony and place to dry out bathing suits, towels, etc. The included breakfast was also very good with great options, eggs, croissants, cheeses, juices, coffee, etc. We would highly recommend this hotel and are looking forward to returning.

There is no comfort in the rooms - concrete floor that smells constantly of cleaning detergents - if they place small carpets would give some cosiness. The bathroom is also all concrete with plenty of mold on the floor and the walls. The towels are old and shabby, probably not replaced in years. Nevertheless The Oak is the only decent place to stay in Keramoti I would not go again. . .

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, due to urgent work in the area. The hotel is much closer to the Kavala airport, than any other facilities. All necessities are within walking distance, including a great number of taverns at the harbor. The hotel facilities are very modern and kept in descent condition. The hotel pool is a must visit, the breakfast one of the most complete and tasty ever experienced and the hotel owned parking provides another advantage. On the most the final bill was accurate. Finally the hotel staff were very friendly, looking to help in anyway they could, any request was immediately actioned and the customer was treated with respect and real interest. I can name Sofia, as she was having the morning shift, the most demanding shift. Looking to come back soon (after your winter break of course ) Thank you for your hospitality.
