位置特別好，在金字塔十分鐘車程的地方。酒店前台設施比較老了，房間還比較好。適合慢節奏的度假。酒店早餐豐富

酒店門面不怎麼地，大堂跟中國的三星了酒店差不多，在等待入住因為酒店沒收到確認號碼，等了一個多小時才能入住，但是當穿過大堂，才發現別有洞天，這個度假村真的挺大，環境非常漂亮，心曠神怡，就是房間設施是比較老舊的。

Jas Pyramid Resort is a cozy place, which is just near to the Pyramids of Giza. The restaurant serves various kinds of food, which is essential for people with specific food requirement like me who has food allergy. The staff are so nice also particularly Mohamed Maher (the manager) and Youssef. I am enjoying my stay here.

The staff was really friendly and helpful during our whole stay, the entire hotel and all the rooms were clean and they even provide foreigners with an on site banking service to help make exchanging local currency easier. The gardens are a vibrant green and full of life even so close to the desert. I’d happily recommend staying here for anyone visiting Cairo.

Staff and guest rooms were wonderful! Everything was clean and tidy. The landscaping is beautifu and well groomed. The pool area and grounds beautiful. The restaurant and bar had a great selection and the food was very good. Very nice experience.

Wow - what an amazing resort!! The entire grounds are kept in such pristine condition. The staff here couldn’t be nicer - they are all so warm, welcoming, attentive and helpful. Today we had our first breakfast. There was a large selection of both local and continental food options - both sweet and savoury!

I stayed at the hotel in May 2024. I was very pleased with my stay here. Well-maintained beautiful territory. A comfortable room. It's all clear. Special thanks to the staff for the service provided, everything is at the highest level. I especially want to thank the reception staff, Mohamed and Alaa, who solved all my questions and helped me a lot. I will return to this hotel more than once with great pleasure.

Excellent friendly staff and the buffet breakfast was amazing a lot of opinions. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool area and bar are great. The Hotel is located in the quiet area, perfect for me to rest after a busy day excursions. The landscape was beautiful.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay here. The place needs a bit of renovation but they have started this and the area they are in is going through a regeneration thanks to GEM. I’ll be honest, I had a few issues with service in the restaurant getting my order wrong and staff talking quite loud early in the morning outside my room the first couple of nights, but when I told this to reception they were very apologetic and wanted to make it right. Nourhan and Ahmed in Reception were stars in making my stay enjoyable, rectifying the issues I had and were so polite to talk to. The pool staff and housekeeping were all lovely as well and I am very glad I chose to stay here.
