Vasilis Home is set over one floor and is semi-detached to enjoy amazing views and most of the privacy. The property has been totally renovated for the 2020 season. Entrance via the large private patio (furnished and providing sensational views) is onto the spacious and airy open plan lounge with adjoining kitchen. There is a comfortable L-shaped sofa (satellite TV, wi-fi internet), fully equipped kitchen, dining area. There are 2 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, one double with sea-views (as well as balcony doors leading to the panoramic terrace) and one twin, sharing a family shower room with hydromassage shower.
Outside, apart from the large terrace with stunning views to the sea (furnished with dining table and chairs for unforgettable al-fresco meals) there is a large built-in barbecue (shared with the next door property) as well as a shared laundry room.
NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates.
