Lios Na Manach Eco B&B

We had a wonderful stay in Lios Na Manach. Brigid was a wonderful host and thanks to her and her daughter we had great information on how to best do the Ring of Kerry and see places that the tourist buses don't see. They also gave us important scoop on the best way to get to the Cliffs of Moher and then on to Galway . Delicious raspberry scones at breakfast. Pretty setting a few minutes out of Killarney town.

Brigid is an awesome host who does it all! The breakfast is so delicious, yogurt and other treats for self serve and she’ll cook a main dish for you. Scones at breakfast are fresh baked and the best I had in Ireland. Rooms are a bit small, but clean. Bathroom is clean. Location is about 15 minutes from the city center, but far enough where you feel like you’re really in the countryside. Very convienent if you plan on driving the Ring of Kerry. Brigid even gave us a map and route to see the best stops. She’s responsive via email. Our luggage was delayed and ended up getting to the bed and breakfast before we did. Also we heard her calling a couple who just checked out to see if they had left a jacket behind. Such a homey bed and breakfast!

This B&B is amazing!!! Brigid is the best host u could ask for!!! She is so welcoming and friendly!! If u r hungry she has the best food there on site, so don’t be concerned about finding a restaurant, there is wine , beer and the best coffee Baileys u could want!!! The room was excellent! If u r looking for a B&B look no father, book it u will love it!! Thank you so much to our host, u r amazing!

Brigid was welcoming, provided wonderful breakfasts, and invaluable knowledge of the local sights. We were three sisters travelling together, and it felt like coming to visits relatives - the kind you want to visit!! She prepared supper for us one evening, and it was delicious - I strongly recommend you take advantage of that! The setting is lovely, relaxing. Cleanliness was top notch. She leaves teas etc out for you to enjoy when you wish. One of the high points of our trip!

Brigid was an excellent hostess! She was so helpful with our lost luggage and was so thrilled to do so. Breakfast was delicious. The location is just perfect, out of the way, but still close to major attractions. Thank you!

Everything was clean and really cute. The breakfast was delicious, especially the home made scones ! The staff was super sweet and friendly and gave us ideas on where to go next during our trip. It is definitely a place I’d recommend

But it’s only minutes from the centre of Killarney and the INEC. The breakfasts alone are worth a visit for. Brigid clearly loves cooking and feeding hungry kids and adults. She plied our family with hot chocolates for breakfast, fresh scones, pancakes, bacon, homemade kombucha and more. The baked peaches were delicious and the fresh porridge with Baileys on top was a definite treat! Brigid knows local trip organisers and destinations of course so she was happy to take time to recommend ones that would suit us. The rooms are very clean and welcoming. A great start to our summer break this year. Not suited for: someone looking for a neutral hotel chain style venue Perfect for: people who want a personal touch on their getaway — and who want a breakfast to set them up for the day!

Die Gastgeberin Brigid ist einfach super, sehr nett und immer bemüht, den Gästen mit Rat und Tat beizustehen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, etwas eng, allerdings macht das nichts. Hervorzuheben ist das sehr gute, immer frische und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück aus Selbstgemachten.
