Sambutan satpam ok,kekasir untuk check in ramah, kekamar pakai lift ke lantai 2 ada insiden kecil,lift tiba2 nutup sendiri pas istri mau masuk,untuk tangannya ga kejepit,biasanya khan lift ga mau nutup kalo masih ada orang,tp it's ok. kamar deluxe dapat tempat tdr king, ada meja kerja,kursi santai ,ada kulkas,penyimpnan barang,almari besar,kamar mandi ada bathub,air panas ada.tlpn resepsionis cepat ditanggapi, ada spa, kolam renang gratis,ruang gym gratis,sauna gratis,dan yg paling ditunggu makanan di restoran banyakkkkk pilihan,enak2 lagi layaknya hotel bintang 4.klo kesolo kayaknya masih pilih sunan jd tempat istirahat deh.terima kasih Sunan sudah menemani liburanku,smoga pelayanan dijaga dan ditingkatkan lagi.sukses selalu.

Tempat nya cukup strategis di kota Solo , Tower dengan kamar yang baru cukup enak sekali dan comfort , pelayanan nya baik sekali nyaman sekali untuk beristirahat baik dengan pasangan , keluarga maupun bisnis

receptionis and team are very nice to us we also got iftar from hotel recomedasi from mba arin the food good and the room is very clean stauly here for 2 night for businnes trip was very imperssed with service cleanliess and facility complit good sunan

I comeback again to Sunan Hotel , they have best service and I have a fruit convo with the fda and gro at there . They are smart and well knowledge , and also they gave me nice best advice where place to go . And for sure their service make me come back again
