房間衞生乾淨，大小剛合適，床墊睡着很舒服不軟不硬，枕頭軟，硬各一個，很周到，服務非常好，前台的帥哥，好像是店裡，不任我們隨時回店他都在前台，很敬業，戴眼鏡的女孩子服務也挺好，早餐品種多，吃的很好，已經跟朋友們推薦了，如果再來還會選擇星程。

房間乾淨，乾濕分離，馬桶智能加熱，自動沖洗，洗澡熱水充足。床品乾淨，枕頭一軟一硬睡的舒服。前台服務熱情，沒到供暖季酒店已經供暖了，唯一的不足就是晚上太熱了，連着2天晚上開着窗户睡覺。

總體很滿意 在烏蘭布統來説就算是不錯的條件了 根本不要擔心凍着 10月7號暖氣給足足的 在屋裡就不敢動 一動一身汗 後來開着窗户睡的 另外 早餐品種豐富

門口雖然不是很起眼 但裏面特別乾淨 很高檔 全屋智能 有地暖 特別暖和 甚至有點熱 毛巾床品很乾凈 周邊也有很多吃飯的地方

早飯非常豐盛，服務態度好，洗澡水流大，房間硬件設施都很好，挑不出什麼毛病，應該是整個景區內最好的酒店了，雖然預訂的時候看到一個快捷酒店，竟然達到了五星酒店的價格，但是這頓早飯證明選擇是正確的！它值得！站在窗户前面就能看到煙花，房間裏還有空調。

一切都好，吃住用和溝通。酒店的早餐和晚餐火鍋自助很好，全景區最好的自助火鍋，最好的住宿和服務。停車方便，篝火搖曳，歌聲回蕩，我下次還住這裏。工作人員素質高！

趕在暑期旺季的末尾出行，攜程首選的星程酒店，總體印象不錯，地理位置優越，自家院子便於自駕停車，房間略小但乾淨衞生 ，吃飯也很方便。
