Pobyt w Hermiston Guest House był wielką przyjemnością. Nasz pokój był bardzo ładny z widokiem na ogród, co zapewniało nam ciszę i komfort w nocy. Łóżko super wygodne. Właściciel jest fotografem, co dodaje uroku całemu domowi, pełnego pięknych zdjęć, które można też kupić. Na wprost naszego łóżka wisiał piękny obraz-fotografia jeziora Buttermere, za którym tęsknimy. Doceniamy ciasteczka i herbatę w pokoju. Śniadania i pogawędki z gospodarzem, który ma cudowne poczucie humoru były niezwykle miłym akcentem każdego dnia. Mamy nadzieję, że uda nam się wrócić.

We stayed for a week and had a very nice comfortable clean room with plenty of facilities. Phil and Helen were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was very good and cooked to order with plenty of options. There was plenty of off road parking, and a bus stop nearby to Keswick and other destinations. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. Phil has a lot of knowledge of places to visit. We would recommend Hermiston Guest house in Braithwaite.

Phil welcomed us at the start of our visit and ushered us in to our charming apar**ent on the ground floor which was appreciated by my disabled husband. Then after a delightful welcoming tea and shortbread sojourn in the sitting room we spent a comfortable night followed by a bespoke breakfast and convivial company which well set us up for a tour of Keswick. We recommend Hermiston Guest House to stay in the Central Lake District and will return in the immortal words of the US General.

Conveniently situated just outside Keswick, a gem of a guesthouse. Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms, tastefully decorated throughout, with a comfortable guest lounge. Delicious, prepared to order breakfast. Host also provides landscape photography workshop.

This was our third visit, and we will definitely be back again. Phil and Helen are perfect hosts. The breakfast is amazing, the rooms are spotless, and they do all they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. It really is a pleasure to stay with them.

Another great stay with Phil and Helen at the Hermiston Guest House. We have been a number of times and always receive a very warm welcome and great hospitality. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast tasty. It's a great location for visiting the northern lakes and attractions. We'll certainly be going again.

Lovely guest house nestled on the edge of Braithwaite village. We spent 5 nights and did a different walk every day from the front door, leaving our car tucked away safely in the large drive. Phil is a very welcoming and knowledgeable host, with lots of advice for places to walk, eat and visit. Helen's cooked breakfast were amazing and a definite highlight to the start of our day. We will definitely visit again.

Friendly welcoming hosts. Bedroom (with great views over the fells) spacious, immaculately clean with all the extras you'd get in the nicest hotel rooms; hairdryer, extra pillows, comfy bed, tea, coffee and biscuits. Towels are provided, en-suite with good power shower and toiletries. Breakfast amazing - great choice and quality ingredients.

We had the most amazing stay at Hermiston Guest House, the hosts were very accommodating and went the extra mile for us. We got engaged whilst staying in the Lakes, and they ensured that we had the most special weekend. I would highly recommend you visiting Phil and Helen, and we look forward to returning in the future.
