In a quiet part of town. It is walking distance to South Beach and Southernmost Point. Hotel had great breakfast options. Clean, comfy and large room. Easy free parking. No Resort Fee! Front desk Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. One mile walk down Duvall Street to Mallory Square. Taxi was $3.50 per person.

This hotel allows you to park your car free before you check in. That is a big savings since parking in Key West is not free. The free Duval Loop Bus comes right to the corner of the hotel to take you to the action! Pool has cabanas and they get snapped up quickly so get 1 early. Good room and breakfast. Request an upper floor room if you don't want to hear the fun at the pool.

My wife and I spent 3 nights at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. It is a smaller hotel which made the stay seem more personal. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little outdated but very clean. The free WIFI service worked well. The pool was well maintained and enjoyable to use. I would plan my stay at this hotel on my next visit.

A true gem,and I do not want to tip off the masses but an excellent place to stay.Upon arrival,I realized I had left my phone in the taxi, and the desk clerk ( I have to apologize I do not remember his name) tracked down the taxi and I was reunited with my phone. Just another reason to recommend this place

The staff at the registration desk was very friendly and informative. Th room was very clean and comfortable. This place is close to the end of Duvall by South Beach. It was very quiet and not much traffic. The cab ride to Mallory Square was $14 for the 4 of us. Much better than Uber/Lift. We felt safe. The pool was lovely and shaded in the late afternoon.

Stayed here two nights while visiting Dry Tortuga National Park. This hotel had free parking, which we really appreciated. Check-in was easy and gentlemen at the front desk interesting to talk with. There is a lovely pool and a lot of shady space to sit outside near the pool. This is an older hotel but in excellent condition. Our room had two queen size beds with comfortable pillows and linens, good lighting, Air conditioner that was easy to operate, nice TV, a lot of storage space, refrigerator with small freezer compar**ent and a safe. The really outstanding part is that there is one large sink vanity outside the bathroom and another large sink vanity inside the bathroom with the toilet and tub/shower. Toiletries in the shower were very good quality. We only got to breakfast one day, but it was a very good breakfast. Definitely this was the best coffee we’ve had in our 20 day trip, and in addition to raisin bread they had very nice muffins, bagels, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, oa**eal – everything you would expect. We liked the location very much; it was an easy walk to Duval Street and about a mile to the ferry terminal. We would definitely be delighted to stay here again.

Room was large and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. Good air conditioner. Liked the two sinks as two of us were getting ready at the same time. Breakfast was good, with nice selection. Friendly and helpful staff.
