We’ve just enjoyed 4 great nights at the Hibiscus! We had a nice quiet room above reception with a deck outside with an umbrella and chairs. The rooms are big with everything you need, fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc and everything is really clean with fresh towels everyday. Parking is free and there’s plenty of space…not that you need a car in KW and it’s very close to Duval street and the marker buoy. The breakfast is good, a bit of everything and it’s got a great pool with loungers and chairs, we liked the chilled water dispenser and ice machine, oh and thanks for the microwaveable popcorn, perfect! We paid $280 per night, Friday and Saturday, slightly less for the other 2 nights with the membership club. We had a great time, thanks!

We stayed five nights at the Best Western Hibiscus in June 2025. Was immediately greeted and checked in by Will and Gina who were absolutely fantastic to us our whole stay. Breakfast was amazing every morning and changed daily! The rooms were very spacious and housekeeping cleaned everyday! The pool is absolutely beautiful and the grounds are kept to perfection!! Will definitely stay here again!!

Another great stay st the Habiscus! Our go to hotel fir years now. Big clean rooms. Great location. Close to southernmost buoy, Duval street . Staff very friendly and make you feel at home. Pool is awesome and large. Breakfast free and well stocked which is a huge plus. Also no parking and resort fees that other places tack on your bill !!! We will be back again next October.

I think the biggest rooms I've ever stayed in, All room and bathroom fixtures and fittings looked new and in excellent condition. Beds very comfy, Room cleaned to a very high standard every day. All staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was more than enough with fresh fruit, waffles, hot selection. Bakery items and cereal. Pool area always spotless . Very easy to walk to all attractions around Duval St and Historic docks. Very pleasant and friendly atmosphere around the motel

We stay at this Best Western every time we go to Key West. It has always been a nice hotel and the pool is outstanding. The updates they have done on the hotel make it feel like you are staying at a 5 star resort. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and clean. There are restaurants, convenience stores, liquor store and bars close to the hotel. You can pick up the Duval Loop a block away from the hotel. The beach is very close.

Great location and friendly staff. Fridge, coffeemaker, and microwave in room. Rooms renovated and updated. Breakfast included. Good strong AC . Very clean and well maintained. Definitely would stay here again next visit to key west. A few minor issues are the shower hot water temperature fluctuates during a shower, the toilet paper is very rough, and sometimes the eggs at breakfast were cold by the end of service period…but this did not distract from an excellent stay, and we would definitely come back next time! …these are just areas that could be improved. This motel is very well managed and maintained.…kudos to the management and staff!

Great stay! We loved our visit here. Will at the front desk was super nice and helpful. This motel is in a fantastic location. Out of the busy area but close enough that you can walk everywhere. Room was clean and larger than expected. Pool is amazing. Will definitely return.

Great service, The staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not expect the breakfast to be as good as it was cheese omelet was over the top. The rooms where clean and updated. My hat is off to all of them. If you are going to Key West you need to consider staying here.

We had a nice time staying at the Best Western Hibiscus Motel in Key West. The experience was more than we expected. Our room was updated and clean. The property was well maintained. Staff was helpful. The location was conveniently located so we didn't have to drive while we where there. There was a nearby stop for public transportation, the free Duval Loop. Enjoyed our stay. Will book again if we travel to Key West in the future.
