The location is good, not far from airport. The balcony is shared(open to outside). However the sound proof is poor that I heard noise from others at night.

The pool area was tropical and comfortable. The outside noise from traffic and people talking in the parking lot at very early hours was heard clearly inside the room affecting sleep. Front desk didn't want to hear the feedback and didn't let you talk to the general manager to discuss issues.

Had a really good time, lovely setting on the coast. Great heated outdoor pool and spa. It was a nice touch to have a welcome email explaining all the facilities. Only tiny bit of feedback on the welcome email is to let us know not to take the luggage out until we have checked in. I didn't see the notice on the wall by the Entrance until after we had taken our luggage out. Otherwise would recommend this hotel.

Pros;
We had a two bedroom suite which not many properties have.
The pool is clean and great with comfortable setting, hot pool was also very good.
The staff are very good.
Great proximity and location.
The onsite bistro is meh, there are myriad of eating places. Beds were nice, the pillows were too soft and I was lazy to get a firm replacement.
Cons:
The main hotel property has a nice ambience, however the adjoing hotel seems to be an old motel converted by Marriott.
The bathrooms are dated, the tub drain was blocked until I figured out how to open it.
The floor was dirty, sorry housekeeping did not do a good job. There were trimmed hairs from the previous occupant near the sink.
Overall: I expected a lot more for the price.

Every staff member was friendly and helpful. They all seemed happy at their jobs. The hotel is very clean. Rooms were fabulous. Great huge pool and hot tub. Grounds lovely.

Clean and comfortable with an easy taxi or ride-share to the bustle of old Key West town. Pool and hot tub were a plus as well as free parking.

We chose to stay at this hotel over others in the area as it had a large pool. We were going to be scuba diving in the afternoons so wanted to relax at the pool in the mornings. Upon arrival we were informed that the pool would be closed both mornings of our stay for tree cutting. While I accept the need for this I think we should have been told in advance as we would have made different plans.
The staff were also very unpredictable. The staff when we checked in were friendly and helpful but when our rooms were ready the lady we collected keys from was the opposite.

Excellent hotel, great service, very clean, very good condition. Keep in mind however that you can't really swim at the beach and it is quite small, it's really more of a sunbathing beach than anything else but we expected that so it wasn't a negative point for us. The beach was quite nice with nice lush vegetation around and a clean jacuzzi, opened until 11pm which is nice but it would have been nice if the bar was opened later (even if we don't really drink much). I would stay there again.
