The staff were excellent. Comfortable beds and great location. Parking included is a wonderful thing too!

The hotel is well located for walking to tour Key West. Having parking on site is great too.
As others have said, the breakfast is limited & is really only successful due to fresh omelettes being available.
Our room was spacious & bed very comfortable but the balcony is so small you have to move the outside chairs to open the door to step onto it.

Great staff, property is beautiful and well maintained but housekeeping could use some training. Housekeeping never showed up to do our room until I called at 3:30 pm to ask them to at least bring me towels. Floors in the room could use a mop and water. Otherwise, the rooms are very nice.

Great staff, very accommodating, friendly, helpful. Walking distance to Duval and all around town. Breakfast ok, omelet bar nice. Always cold water and coffee/tea available. Room - 2 dbl.bed room with small balcony was good. Clean, beds were fine. Gets a little noisy being onain road, Truman, but not bad and not hotel fault.

Great stay and great hotel! Breakfast was good and a plus when get a meal you don’t have to spend for! Location is amazing just off Duval and walking distance to everything you need

Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room and shared spaces were very ckean. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing. The omelets were very good and the breakfast was convenient, although we coujj on s have preferred a wider variety of food options. All in all we would definitely stay here again.

We accidentally arrived a day early and the Manager Peter found us a room and gave us a great rate seeing our distress. He also gave the option of moving our date up one day and leaving a day early, which was incredibly kind. Ultimately, his positive attitude and care turned a crappy situation light and dare I say we even laughed! We ended up staying an extra day and I'm so glad we did. The staff here are the highlight of your stay. Everyone does their very best to ensure your stay is the best it can be. The location is central and less than a 10 minute walk to the center of Duval Street. The pool is perfect for the size of the hotel and it was nice to have that option if you didn't want to go to the beach. The breakfast had several bread, cereal, yogurt options and the fresh made omelets were tasty. We would absolutely stay here if we visited Key West again.
