The Perry Hotel & Marina Key West

The hotel is very modern design. The outdoor shower is nice and relax, private, just a few chickens around sometimes. Water pressure here is pretty slow, probably the same in every area in Key West. The cleaning service can be improve.

位置一般，好在有碼頭，在酒店預訂項目的話出海方便。 房間很小，沒有廚房沒有微波爐，有一個小冰箱但並沒有什麼冷藏效果。 實際房間跟圖片有差異，現在不算旺季價格也並不低。 最要命的是洗澡水小得可憐。

Loved this hotel and would absolutely go back! It is an easy shuttle ride (free) to the action of Key West but you feel like you are in the quieter side at this hotel. Which is what I prefer. It’s clean and upscale and the service is excellent. The only issue I had was that it was cold and there were no blankets in the room but it was easily remedied. The concierge is very helpful and we were able to have fun adventures easily arranged. Restaurants on site are delicious!

1- The checkout charges were not initially itemized, only shown by total, and I had to request an itemization. This is a lack of financial transparency on the part of the hotel. 2- When I asked for an itemization, I noticed that I was charged a fee of $75 daily for parking, although I did not bring a car. 3- I was charged for someone else's meal during my stay, and the checkout cashier tried to brush me off. This has not yet been resolved. 4- Additional random charges were applied daily to my stay, and these daily charges exceed what I was shown when booking with *******. This discrepancy has yet to be resolved. For these reasons I will look for other accommodations the next time I visit Key West. I don't trust the financial integrity of the Perry Hotel.

We enjoyed everything of our stay EXCEPT the insanely high daily parking fee. It is simply an open lot in an adjacent property. With already high nightly rates, yhis is a totally unnecessary turnoff.

Dining options were limited in the restaurant. Shuttles were very convenient, but often full. Rooms were great.

Excellent food from various types of outlets. Pool was wonderfully warm & well designed. Pool lounge chairs not particularly comfortable.

The Perry Hotel has lots to recommend it but there are a few things that could be improved. Good -friendly and helpful staff -enjoyable walks along docks where sunsets and impressive yachts can be viewed -Bernstein Park is just around the corner. Good place to jog. -Superb French Bakery within 10 minute walk. -Free shuttle to downtown Key West Not so good -junk fees “resort fee” of $50/day state and county tax is how they increase revenue while quoting competitive rates. At a regular motel or hotel, the pool, exercise facilities etc are included. Add the word “resort” and those same features will cost you an additional $300 for a 5-day stay over a weekend. Then there’s the mysterious “destination fee” which ranges from $2.78 to $8.50/day. Who knows what you get for that... I guess surge pricing is the way of the world but our room rate jumped from $268 on a Thursday to to $430 for Friday night. Yikes! -24/7 music in public spaces. We wanted to read our novels and work on our laptops by the pool but fairly loud Led Zeppelin made that impossible. Not that we don’t like Zep…but peaceful sunny spaces in the day are an important relaxation factor for many vacationers. -No heat on cold days. Though they’re relatively few, Key West does experience cold days in winter. After fiddling with the thermostat for 20 minutes, I learned that the hotel has no heat. The staff sent up blankets the first night but we eventually had to borrow a space heater from local friends.
