The hotel is very nice and cozy, small hotel sort of boutique type. Has a nice pool and a great beach with a mountain view. It's located in the city making it great to experience the city have a walk on the corniche and dine at different places. Above all the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant to interact act with. My family loved it and thank the whole staff for a great stay there.

I would rank this hotel as a 5* hotel, because the service provided by the staff is of a good quality. We checked in at 1.00 at night and the hotel prepared for us late dinner in the room, so we were not hungry. This is the first hotel that minded about this issue. For example, when we checked in at Dukes the Palm at night, they did not provide us with any food (we had a full board there). I also appreciated how all staff did their best for our comfort. I would like to note that the man from cleaning Shabeer was always very friendly and ready to help. The cleaning was also of a good quality. The food is perfect and more than enough. I really do not understand those who write that the food is the same every day. Common! Today you eat beef, tomorrow choose chicken, and the day after tomorrow take seafood or fish. I highly appreciated that pasta was served separately from sous. Because in many hotels they mix it and parents always ask the cook to give them plane pasta, because usually kids do not eat pasta with sous. As a separate issue I would like to thank you the staff for good porridge. My kids eat it with pleasure and I do not have problems what to give them for breakfast. The beach was perfect and clean. I noticed that it was cleaned not only withing "cleaning hours in the evening", but also during the day upon the necessity! I have never seen this in any other hotel. The staff works as they are not employees, but as this hotel is theirs. For example, a lifeguard helped the man responsible for towels, when he (the man responsible for towels) was absent on towels (he did some other work). Or lifeguard not only watched the people swimming, but when he saw a garbage (bottle) in the sea, he went and took this garbage. All staff looked very involved in the hotel's life and I hope that some day this contribution will give the hotel 5*.

It was a really nice experience, Daminda prepared our room in a cozy and sweet design. Room service was also great and efficient. We had a little trouble with wifi connection and Irfan came to fix it for us. Overall everything was great, very nice place and would definitely comeback.😍

I was on vacation at the Oceanic Korfakan hotel in May 2024, I really liked the room, as soon as I entered, the view was very beautiful. The room was clean, they cleaned it every day, brought water, cream, and toilet paper. At my request they brought me a robe. Very wonderful service. The girl, Prisha, who cleaned my room, is very responsive, smiling, and a wonderful person. I really liked everything. Any question or any request was immediately answered with action and I am delighted!

The fact about oceanic is amazing place for vacation our stay is unique the beach is hot we enjoyed our stay absolutely went well the staff are welcoming the room is well clean full of amenities thank to saidu from housekeeping he really make our stay good friendly staff

The hotel was an amazing place to visit a couple of years ago. In UAE, this area is good to have rest with no rush with your family. The city which is developing fast and constructs a lot of new residences and places of sightseeing should be visited for sure. However, right near the hotel a new resort hotel/apart-hotel is under construction and the noise does not provide the proper isolation. This time, children’s area with nannies was not available as previously. In general, the hotel is still good for visiting.
