it's a good hotel in the downtown, the location is a bit biased though, not much around. But the amenities are up to standard

Everything about staying at this property is good. I've been in seven countries in five weeks on this trip and this was the most comfortable bed of all hotels. The buffet breakfast was really good - I spent an hour at breakfast every morning and it cost the equivalent of 10 Euros. I could walk to most things in the city which is very spread out.

This hotel is great:)) I got a suite on the 10th floor:)) well worth the extra $40 a night. Living room, 2 bathrooms, plenty of storage. I love the mini fridge that is stocked daily with drinks and candy (it's the little touches like this that make me happy) The "Professional Cleaning Team" are awesome. The Breakfast is great - so much to choose from and delicious. Go ahead and add breakfast to your hotel stay, you are not going to find a better breakfast for $11. All the employees work hard here so please leave a little tip for each service. I can assure you they will be "Shocked" tipping is not the norm in Ukraine.

As a Spire Elite member, I would give this Holiday Inn 4.5 points (for an Eastern Europe hotel): 4.5 overall (small rooms, no pool), +0.5 for exceptional reception (politeness, member upgrade and loyalty suggestions) and -0.5 for room service drawbacks (limited 24/7 dishes although during pandemic room service has to be stronger than normal, incompetence of room service staff regularly suggesting that 24/7 items cannot be served before 11 am and dishes served cold.

I confess that I was waiting a little bit more of the size of the bedroom mainly because the excelent build sctrure anyway it is a very good one! The localization is really nice loads of goodrestaurantes and conveniences around even being a bit far from the City Centre(the Uber is really, really chip so there is no problem!) The food is really good and the staffs also I think the best part of the hotel! Unfurtnatly the kitchen wasn't working on Saturday Unfurtnatly I would love try some more options of the menu! I apreciat the modern arrangements. In general the experience was very good! I recommend it!
