I was grateful for the excellent service I received at Radisson Blue Hotel Kigali. Any request made was met with high efficiency and friendliness without any hesitation. I want to thank Gloria Mutesi and her fellow group who looked after us. She did a fantastic job. Rwandan culture and customer service are so high.

Great experience, with a warm welcome, great staff, very helpful and service minded. Jean-Claude at the front desk was most helpful. Centrally located, easy drive to the airport, great facilities. Look forward to a follow up visit to this great country.

The room is super comfy, and the multiple services I experienced were great. I like to mention the awesome professionalism shown by two staff - Florent and Happy. The room was always well-cleaned, and navigating around the hotel was seamless. I also enjoyed my breakfast sessions. I look forward to visiting again.

It was a great overall experience: room, great breakfast, good customer service etc. I just missed the nice pillow sprays that used to be available in the rooms lol Special thank you to Eric Rugamba who delivered outstanding services and made our eLearning Africa edition a great success!

A hotel employee named innocent helped us with our checkout process. He was extremely helpful and informative. He is a wonderful representative of Radisson. The property is lovely and the breakfast brunch buffet was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Kigali.
