Kigali the capital of Rwanda is recommendable for its smartness,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, We loved the Radisson blu hotel's view with the best rooms and better services. The bar is always open with smart and smiling staff ready to serve whoever comes in. appreciations to the hotel management and staff including the following, Gloria,Gasaro and Faridi.

Due to great location and hospitable populace, I would recommend Radisson Blue Kigali Rwanda, to everyone on the planet. My vocation went so perfect. I've never seen a more hardworking woman than Gloria, and the customer service is excellent! Much gratitude to hotel administration.

I had a chance to stay in Radisson Blue Kigali 2 times - once in February 2024 and once in March 2024. My stay both times was excellent - the reception will always help with any of your needs, including preparing takeaway breakfast of your choice if you have to leave the premises before breakfast time (such as doing trip on Akagera very early in the morning). Every hotel, restaurant and bar employee is very polite, friendly and professional. Staying in the hotel made me experience not only the top tier service, but also a very friendly a**osphere. I would like to express my special gratitude to Mr Abasi and Mr Ben, who were always checking if I need anything, were very friendly and always professional. I would also like to express gratitude to The Lounge Bar employees, namely Mrs Phiona and Mr Fred who were always positive, made sure our glasses would never run dry and could always come up with a recommendations related to things to see in the city, food and drinks. In my opinion, it was one of the most pleasant stays I had in a hotel in my life (and I have been to quite a few)! 10/10 would visit again.

My experience was good and the people were friendly. The services was on point and the meals as well was tasty. I will visit again when I come to Rwanda. I met Jean claude who helped with my luggages. Good guy who is passionate about his job. Nice one Radisson 🥂

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Jean Claude has been very helpful. The breakfast is amazing. Everyone are so warm and welcoming. Food is yummilicious: Looking forward to come back again. Thank you Radisson blu team for making feel home away from home.

Great place. I was really well looked after by very helpful staff. The breakfast was probably the best I’ve enjoyed in a hotel. It’s pricey but was so convenient for the conference and felt like a real treat. And it’s really safe walking around so you don’t feel trapped in the event venue but can go and explore Kigali with minimum hassle.
