Great place. I was really well looked after by very helpful staff. The breakfast was probably the best I’ve enjoyed in a hotel. It’s pricey but was so convenient for the conference and felt like a real treat. And it’s really safe walking around so you don’t feel trapped in the event venue but can go and explore Kigali with minimum hassle.

Great service. Comfy rooms. Appreciated the flexibility at check out. The restaurant had a great variety at breakfast it was almost overwhelming. The staff are kind and serviable- no request was too small. inhad a fruit basket and deserts waiting for me at check in. Overall a good short stay.

Beautiful exterior, great restaurants but that’s it. Booked executive suite with dome view but was given a room with pool view instead. The room was on the second floor so very noisy and no view of the dome. The shower had mold and when electricity is on a loud buzzing persists making sleep unenjoyable. Was told airport shuttle would be included only to have to pay the day of. Will not stay again.

The Kigali Radisson Blu hotel is a beautiful hotel. The service is outstanding. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with beautiful city views. The Sunday brunch is delicious and the outdoor terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy brunch. It’s lovely to relax in the lush garden and swim in the pool. Definitely comparable to excellent hotels in other big cities. Staff was excellent. Room was great. There were no glitches that usually happen in African hotels. TV and internet worked well. Bed and pillows were excellent. Shower and other amenities all worked great. This is one of the best Radisson properties I’ve stayed at. Amazing customer service right from front desk staff to breakfast area staff to even chefs! Yes, their chefs take extra effort to make sure guests are being served the best even if it means preparing something that’s not on the menu. They all go out of their way to make you feel at home! By far the best hotel in Kigali. Modern rooms. Great service and food. If you get a balcony room enjoy the beautiful view of the city. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff is a testament of who the people of Rwanda are. A country of people who look to serve each other and place others above themselves. So grateful to be able to spend two nights in this beautiful hotel! Already looking forward to our next trip.
