A very nice hidden secret. Hidden atop one of the highest locations with the cleanest air is a beautiful and very biodiverse hotel setting. Very nice staff and service and a pool that is hard to match with water that is the bluest ever. Crystal clear and very refreshing. Keep up the excellent work.

L'accueil est très sympathique. C'est notre 3è séjour au Nobleza, le personnel est très agréable, serviable, dévoué. Les chambres spacieuses (nous avons toujours été au RDC côté piscine) Plutôt calme. Prise anti-moustiques, nécessaire de toilette, serviettes changées tous les jours, ménage impeccable. Petits-déjeuners buffet très copieux, les autres repas sont bons, carte variée, mais... service extrêmement long! Parfois jusqu'à 1 heure d'attente! Beaucoup de monde le week-end (piscine!!) A recommander parce que le personnel est vraiment sympa et arrangeant.

Hôtel très propre ( mieux que certains hôtels mêmes chers aux usa) Lit king size et très confortable Belle piscine un peu fraîche mais très bien entretenue . Personnel exceptionnel sympathique et avenant Bon petit déjeuner buffet et nourriture d un bon rapport qualité prix Points négatifs : Beaucoup de serveurs et peu de monde en cuisine on attend entre 30 et 50 mn un plat Chambres côté piscine sont bien mais le weekend c est bruyant souvent des fêtes et de la musique On bouge des lits ou des meubles ou on installé du matériel a 6:30 du matin c est un peu tôt Sécurité omniprésente qui devrait intervenir quand la piscine devient trop bruyante

Il Nobleza hotel è situato a circa 15-20 minuti sia dall'aeroporto di Kigali sia dal centro città (le condizioni di traffico purtroppo variano molto nell'arco della giornata). Sin da subito si ha una buona sensazione: il personale è gentile, affabile, premuroso, pronto a venire in contro al cliente per cercare di soddisfarne le esigenze. Alla reception si parla sia inglese sia francese. La struttura alberghiera è ampia e composita: c'è un corpo principale, nel quale vi sono le camere per alloggiare, una struttura distaccata dedicata alla ristorazione. Tra una parte e l'altra si trova una bella e grande piscina scoperta, servita dal bar esterno. E' altresì presente una sala ricevimenti in un altro edificio prospiciente, ideale per meeting, cerimonie e matrimoni. Da segnalare la presenza di una ampia area per bambini nel giardino dell'hotel, fornita di molti giochi. Il ristorante ha una ampia gamma di pietanze ed offre una ampia scelta a colazione, pranzo e cena: tutto quello che è stato provato era ottimo. All'ingresso dell'hotel, durante il giorno, ci sono sempre degli artigiani ed artisti locali che espongono le loro opere. In definitiva, il soggiorno è stato di alto livello: è un ottimo compromesso per essere in capitale ed evitare il traffico. Spero di poter tornare.

Tres beau séjour. La piscine est belle et très propre. J’ai adoré la chambre familiale du 3e étage, parfait pour les familles avec 2 vastes chambres et une entrée commune. L’hôtel offre un bon restaurant avec des tables près de la piscine. De bons spectacles sont présentés les weekend ce qui a rendu la visite encore plus agréable. Les plus : la piscine et l’excellent petit-déjeuner Les moins : les douches et le bruit de la circulation dans certaines chambres
