Slightly disappointing. Came for a 2 night stay with my boyfriends which was supposed to be the highlight of our 2 week stay in Kenya. Nevertheless, the service and food quality was dreadful. It regularly took upwards of 20 minutes to receive a bottle of water, let alone food! On a more positive note, the golf course was in exceptional condition and the caddie provided some pretty decent insight (minus some misreads on the greens). Overall my boyfriends and I were slightly unamused at the quality of our stay. If it wasn’t for the chocolate covered waffles on the final night I would given Vipingo Ridge a 1 star 👍🏼

We love Vipingo Ridge. It was our second time there. Really liked the fact that breakfast is now part of the package. However, on Christmas Day, the management decided to limit us to one glass of juice (it’s not even fresh juice, rather from Delmonte packs). Super annoying since it’s super hot. We also wanted to go to the beach just to enjoy the ocean abs sand, perhaps get afew drinks. At first they wanted a cover charge abs when I questioned it, the manager said the beach was full. Needless to say I was furious. How can the dabs be full? When we got to the beach club, no one was there. All who came for lunch came at or after 2. Worst was that the manager called the beach club and told them not to serve us unless they were slow. Ludovica is not about customer service. It’s a shame given how exclusive this place is.
