To start, the outdoor electrical plugs were all damaged and not working, this was an big issue when its -40. A few of us from our hockey team took terns boosting vehicle's all morning. Second of all the pool had some kind of sand type material being blown out of the air ducks, this covered the floor, pool, and chairs. The hot tub was so hot knowone was able to even think of getting in. BreakfSt on the weekend was from 6-9, and the facility looked like it was a poorly renovated old hotel.

It was really noisey kids screaming running no one did anything about it. Tv didn’t work properly. Toilet broke never quit running. Limited hot water in hotel, wasn’t any when I went to shower took an hour and a half for it to warm up

We booked this hotel on our way to Alberta specifically so the kids could swim. The pool was out of order but there was no mention on the website when we booked just days before. Our room was not as clean as other best western hotels we have stayed in so far. The additional bedding for the pull out sofa had hairs on them. Towels were only provided for two guests despite booking room for 4 people.

In shower soap dispenser empty upon arrival. Told front desk in morning - still empty day 2. Told them again. Still empty - come to find out - it’s broken. So, so soap, shampoo. Four night stay.

Best hotel in town, clean rooms and excellent staff. Rooms were cleaned every day. Stayed a week at a different hotel, my room wasn’t touched the entire stay.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at the BW Plus Kindersley. The kids especially enjoyed the pool. The Montana's restaurant next door to hotel was convenient.

I was not very happy that the staff refused to connect me with my husband who was in our room waiting for me to call.
