A very nice hotel with a combination of old and new buildings. Best location and view for hotel in Kangaroo Island. The only let down is the quality of bed and pillow.

The property is in a good location but is very tired. The specific room was even more tired, in need of general dusting throughout and did not have aircon in the bedroom.

Great room overlooking the beach The staff were great helping me carry my bags upstairs The meal was ok but charging $4 for Parmesan with my pasta is ridiculous Very bland without it The barman made great drinks Loved our balcony would stay again

Kingscote is a great location to get around the island. The accommodation was clean with helpful and friendly staff. Stunning view from the restaurant.
