This hotel is CLOSED!! Do not book. We arrived and had to find alternative accommodation! No idea why it is still listed or why our booking was accepted, but we dont want others to have the same experience.

Booked Arana Yala to stay for one night since we were going into Yala National Park. The hotel is decent but i feel it needs alot of maintenance. Pool seems like its not been cleaned in months. Staff seem limited too may be due to the country situation etc. Rooms were spacious and the bedding was good. Washrooms had the warm water option but it never worked. Told the staff many times but nothing happened. The Shampoo/Body wash bottles were kept but there was hardly anything inside. Staff seem demotivated and didn't seem to have the passion to pleasure the customers requirements. Might not be the place i will look at the next time i want to head to Yala.
