I would like to do half star intervals because I think that its more than a 3, but I can't give a 4. Pros: Cheap place to stay when I was basically there just to sleep Convenient to basic needs like Target and close to the parks Clean upon entry Quiet neighbors Cons: Very dated, not just the pools, but the general look and feel from the outside. Bed was just sheeted, found a blanket on the shelf, though. Water is not filtered and tasted very bad, even when making coffee Housekeeping never entered my room despite staying there 3 nights. Coffee amenities were not refreshed when I ran out on day 2, trash was not emptied, towel was not swapped out. Dated toiletries in dated dispensers that felt clogged up. Shampoo (Breck, licensed to Dollar Tree).was provided, but not conditioner. Beside plugs did not work, so I had to pull the bed away from the wall to plug in my charger and found dust-covered items left my other guests. Overall, if I was staying 1 night, I might consider this place again, but never for more than that.

We were just amazed at how great this property is. A classic motel but one that the ownership obviously takes pride in.

I was a bit worried when I booked a room at this price. Turns out I was pleasantly surprised. It was a no frills, clean, safe place to lay our heads for the night. I would definitely stay there again.

They claim to be a "Resort" or "Hotel". It is not. But an excellent Motel with renovated clean rooms. One plus is that they don't charge resort fees, many other much simpler motels now surprise you with these fees. Smoking is strictly prohibited not only in the room, but on the entire property.

Bed was comfortable, good place to shower and sleep. Motel style with outdoor entry rooms, basic furnishing and linens. Minor cleanliness in bath/shower could be improved, but overall good value for price paid. Staff was friendly and explained rules well at check in. We do not smoke, so the no smoking on property was completely fine.

Very clean and all staff were very personable. The bed was comfortable and the room was quite nice. The refrigerator and microwave were an asset. Parking is a bit tight but okay. Excellent value overall. I would definitely stay there again if I were in the area.
