Bed was dirty. My kids bed has so many spots and in my room On a blanket there was dirty pad on it.

The water park and activities are the best part of this is experience. The beds are uncomfortable, not enough pool towels, not enough pillows, and not enough blankets.

We had fun at fantasy world resort.
The staff were friendly and helpful and even got us a discount at the theme parks.
The villa was large with a full kitchen and dining room.
The rooms were clean and had been updated fairly recently, but our phone didn’t work.
The main pool area was nice, but too shallow (under 4’ deep) and the water was too warm to cool off in. The pool near our villa was even warmer to the point that it was uncomfortable to swim in and not refreshing.
The lazy river water was cooler and quite nice, the kids spent quite a bit of time riding it in circles.
The water slides were fast and fun and the kids had a blast on them.
Basketball court is ok, 3 different rim heights for bball which is nice for very small children but there is no actual court if you wish to play a game even with a few people abd the rim/mesh need some repair.
Shuffleboard and pickle ball equipment was not in good shape, and was hard to use.
The sand Volleyball court was not playable, we were disappointed to find out as we had brought our volleyball with us to play with friends.
Overall this is a good location and fun reasonably priced vacation spot.

We stayed for 7 days for a Disney trip. We went to Disney for 3 days and spent the other days at this awesome pool! The waterslides and lazy river were fantastic, very clean and there were kids activities all day long at the pool (i.e. snow cones, tie dye, hoola hoop contests, etc.). Some costs money like tie dye ($20) but the rest were just fun and free. The townhouses were just enough room, both bedrooms upstairs and a full kitchen and living room and screened in porch downstairs. I would say 3/4 of the units were very close to the pool and some were across the street, but none were far enough away where you needed to drive. The pool area and townhouses were clean and functional and we will deinfinitely be going back.

This was my family’s 2nd stay in 2 years. I have recommended this resort to many friends.
We love all of the amenities that the resort provides. Activities by the pool were so much fun for the kids. The staff was so friendly and great at getting everyone involved. Bar/restaurant was very convenient and affordable.
The unit was spacious and had a nice layout. We could tell that it was recently remodeled and smelled nice.
The only issue we had was that the floors in the unit was completely filthy. Our feet and socks were BLACK every day. I don’t like anyone entering my room once I unpack so complaining while I was there would do nothing for me. But there is no way that anyone mopped that floor in the past month. We would return to the room after a day at the pool and shower. By bedtime, we had to wash our feet again before getting into the bed.
This won’t stop me from returning in the future. The price was reasonable, I will just request that the floor is cleaned before we enter the room. Overall we had a great time.

The lazy river and pool area are incredible. The rooms are decent but a little outdated. The area is very quiet, no interstate traffic. Cleanliness could have been a little better but wasn’t terrible. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back.
