The room was and service was great. I loved it. Unfortunately when I woke up in the morning I had painful bites all over my ankles and feet. I later found out they were bed bug bites.

Outside was crazy busy in the weekend night, but inside our room was quiet and nice. There is a large amusement park right next door which is fun, but a lot of noise and people. Older furniture.respectful staff. Would go there again.

A little dated, however rooms are large and clean. Close to amenities. 24 hour pool and spa tub, staff if excellent. Initially booked 2 days and then added 5 more . Outdoor bar open till 11 and Kevin the bartender is wonderful

The breakfast was very good and staff was very nice. Thebrds are not the most comfortable and the roof was not very clean. The pullout couch had mold on it and there was what looked like pet hair in one of the beds. If not for the friendliness of the staff this could have easily been 1 star

We always come to this hotel when we visit Kissimmee, this is our 4th visit. This visit and the last one we have experienced toilet problems. The last visit was a disappoin**ent because they switch us from a really nice suite to a regular room. The problem is that we always unpack, then the toilet has issues we dealt with it because we didn’t feel like packing our things and moving to another room. Next time if we ever come back we have to make sure the toilet is in functioning order.

The hotel was so humid inside that the room was wet, and the surrounding area was like a carnival. The elevator barely worked.
