The resort was ok. However I will never book with trip.com again. I booked for the weekend of 3/18, checkout 3/20. I became very ill and requested my trip be moved to the next weekend, the 25th. They charged me $85, sent me a confirmation email and a check in voucher. I arrived at the resort and was informed I had no reservation. I sat with my family in the car until 10pm when they finally let me pay the 2 days resort fee and the $100 deposit. We got our room and went to bed. The next morning I was told it was fixed , no problem. That afternoon the resort told me I had to pay for my reservation as the payment from trip.com had not been received. I did not have the funds to pay again as I'm on Social Security Disabilty and this was a present for my grandson's 11th birthday. After many calls to trip.com and the front desk they decided to refund my money and I paid the resort when I got home. A totally ruined weekend for my family and I.

My husband and I are retired and this hotel made for an adventurous vacation. The Waterpark was a highlight.

Do not go by the property listing! The restaurant is closed, no outside bar,and hot tub is located in the water park. I didn’t want to rent a car and wanted a resort with everything there. 0 stars

Very old style rooms with spring mattresses. Old carpet in the room, bathroom was very old. The curtain was old, and the towel rack was broken.

We liked the area.
We didn't like the tiki bar wasn't open. There was no outside music on the resort.
We were charged for resort fees for three days even thou resort amenities were only open two.
It stated if it was closed they're was no charge.

Nothing was open due to remodeling. Restaurant, movie theater, water park l lay on certain days which made the visit not as fun. Planned to go to water park but was not open Tuesday or Wednesday. Had to order food because restaurant was closed

I was supposed to have booked a family suite with 2 rooms for 6 persons and it was a room with 2 bed so we have not been able to stay and we have been forced to book with another hotel.
