Worst hotel I have ever seen in the USA.

The property is terrible. Everything is dirty and there is a dirt on the floor. Bedding was not fresh. There was no water in one of the rooms. We arrived at 11pm and had to cancel our stay (we had a reservation for 5 days) first thing next morning. Property promised full refund but we did not get it yet.

They said we was Betty pull the property with daily. They do not clean the room. You have to go downstairs and give you the towel it was it was very sad.

The whole hotel experience was horrible. They did not have any breakfast, the coffee was cold, the milk container had layers of stain milk around the containers. The room smelt really bad, it smelted musty. The bed sheets had stains on it and mold spots. Majority of the furniture had built up dusk and was broken. The shower curtain had mold on the bottom. The water pressure from the shower and sink barely came out. The front door barely closed, we had to put a chair behind the door. The front desk individual tried to sell us a room that had a leaking toilet. Which he tried to fix it in-front of us and then claim that it's not that broken we couldn't used the toilet as much. There's no easy access for handicaps.

Looks nothing like their pictures and most definitely not a place for kids. Arrived with my 7 year old and when we got to our room there was a really bad odor. We walked around a bit and she accidentally touched a cockroach. There was no way we were able to sleep there overnight so we looked for another hotel. I asked for a refund and the front desk guy seemed understanding and said he couldn’t refund me for all 4 nights but he would refund me for 3 and he never did

When I got to my room, none of the lights worked. One lamp was completely broken. Had to switch rooms. The next room I was given was already occupied. Their Free Breakfast was Free...of Food...the worst.

Would never stay there again. Rooms are so nasty whoever cleans those rooms should be ashamed. Property managers fired. Just nasty.

The property was old!!! Walk in the room, turn on the light switch - no luck, found the light unplugged. Now I wish I never turned on the lights! Toilet paper was coming out of the door peep hole, the security latch was broken off the door, no towels or cups in the room, the TV remote was held together by blue painters tape, mold on the bathroom ceiling, dried up blood next to the ironing board (looks like housekeeping knew about it because the floor was unswept or mopped in weeks). The bathroom floor was also unkept...the tub drain was behind the toilet in a pile of dirt. We received towels that were old and paper thin no wash cloth or hand towels provided. Found 2 live Roachs - ok it's Florida, I'll give them that one! But at a rate of $140 a night prepaid I will never stay at this property again!
Breakfast was supposed to be continental - 8am no food was out.
