Proximity to the parks was the only plus. Check-in was a nigh**are as we were given a room that was already occupied (scared us and the people inside when we opened the door).
The hidden $150.00 resort fee we were charged upon arrival was a disappoin**ent.
The advertised shuttle service to the parks is misleading as it only goes to a few of the parks and only 1 time per day at an odd time.
During a 5 night stay housekeeping only came once. We had to call and ask for towels every morning.

Overall not bad if your out allday at the parks and whatnot , the rooms were decent sized, cleanliness was ok , lots of stuff to do for the kids from a bounce house to multiple toys outside and they even had a playground and swing set, unfortunately they only clean the rooms every 3 days , i checked in friday and on sunday morning i asked to have my trash emptied and new sheets put on a bed, got back at 9pm from a day at the park to new sheets laying folded on top of a bare mattress, kids were asleep so i just made the bed myself and went about my night, also trash cans were full so i took it out myself and left it on the balcony

I planned to only spend six hours here sleeping (9 pm check in and 3:30 am check out), so I looked for the lowest hotel price closest to the airport. That led me here. This property is advertised as 4-star. It is, by far, NOT that caliber, nor is it even close. At best, it's a glorified Days Inn with amenities and play areas for children. Front desk staff barely spoke English and had lots of difficulty communicating simple instructions. The "resort fee" is a joke. I see no logical reason to charge such a ridiculous amount. I would have been better off paying more and booking elsewhere.
That said, if you have young children and relatively low housing standards, this is definitely the place to book. I arrived after dark and didn't take a tour; but it looks like it's a fun place for kids.

Awesome place to stay with kiddos! The room smelled pretty strongly of cleaner when we first walked in, but I got used to it. That was my only complaint.

The property is beautiful great for a quick stay or long stay the rooms were well maintained and the playground area is great for families.
Loved it here.
