no hot water in the shower. the hotel charge me the total prices of the room. i ask to trip com to correct this mistake. its supposee to charge only de special taxes of 30$ per night but tjey charge my credit card for alle the night and the special taxes they charge to me 60$ plus 170$ plus 138$
and i have already paid the room to trip com

There were NO microwaves in ANY rooms, and coffee maker only took little pouches the size of a tea bag. Refrigerator froze veggies, and no free breakfast. Forcing us to go to Starbucks, Pizza Hut or expensive Breakfast in the lobby if you didn't want to leave the hotel.

Love the indoor playground. Helped get the energy out of my 2.5 year old. Pool was lovely. Rates were amazing compared to many in the area. Late night pizza was convenient. And Starbucks for the morning is a plus. Thank you.

The reception staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was ok and clean. The fridge was wobbly and half of the freezer compar**ent was taken over by ice, because it has not been defrost in a long time. The wall control for AC had low battery and did not control the unit - the room was freezing until I adjusted the temperature on the unit directly. There is a little convenience store inside the hotel; I just wished they sold some fruit, because there is no grocery store nearby. There is a Pizza Hut express, Starbucks and a grill, which is unfortunately closed during lunch time, so not many healthy choices. The grill has delicious food (with 2 big salads on the menu as well) but the service was subpar to say the least.

The room was not very nice it was noisy and the rug was not very clean was very uncomfortable only one chair and that was dirty need at lease to chairs call desk no one answered very uncomfortable for two people we brought pizza and that was a joke never again

This was a disaster...when my husband and i arrived at the hotel we checked in using the kiosk. We paid for the room using a different card from the one that we secured the reservation with. It didnt seem to be an issue. We recieved our room keys, and a reciept showing we had paid in full.
That should have been the end of it....but no...the next night we returned tonour room exhausted from our day, and our room key did not work. Apparently, they tried to bill us using the other card and it was rejected.... my husband and I were unhappy....we got our new cards and went to sleep. The next day we were assisted and everything seemed to be sorted out. The charge was a glitch. They refunded the charge, and we went about our day. The next day the weather had turned so we went around the area and did some shopping. The following day we decided to check out. We looked at our banking app and somehow there was another pending charge for over $300?!?!? When asked about it the peraon at the front desk just waved it off and said it would "drop off"....I'm sorry, but no, this whole mess was unacceptable.

Only thing we didn’t like personally was that after you check in they have you go to the concierge who try’s to sell you things. I get it because it’s Orlando, but for locals it seemed unnecessary. Hotel itself was clean and comfy for the price. 10% off at Starbucks

Overall nice stay. Pool was closed due to repairs. No hair dryer in the room. When we called houskeeping, they did not answer and front desk couldn't help. The phone on the room was not working.
