Didn’t have my reservation I booked 2 months in advance, but they made it right. That was the only thing handled appropriately.
White stains on the cover of the bed, blood stains on the white sheets, miscellaneous stains on every inch of all 3 rooms we had booked. Old food still in the fridge in the room.
1 pool closed, the other had 24 lounge chairs surrounding the pool with 10 that were usable, the rest were ripped and in shambles. Poolside bar, indoor bar, and restaurant were not available. They have not been in operation for some time, that was clear.
Key card to 2 of the 3 rooms randomly stopped working. Front desk would not provide new key cards until maintenance looked at the doors because most of the doors are broken or bolted shut. Took the maintenance staff over an hour to show up and take a look at the doors, just to tell us the front desk needs to provide us with new keys, which we had already asked for.
The ‘fitness center’ has 2 treadmills, 2 bikes, an elliptical machine and none of them work.
Housekeepers were smoking cigarettes in the rooms while “cleaning” them so we preferred ‘Do Not Disturb’ signs left on our doors, but there are none.
The list goes on and on like garbage everywhere, gates to the pool locked, the walls leaked when the shower was on but the water don’t drain either so it’s a bath shower every-time, ice machines broke, vending machines out of stock, etc.
This is the first review of any kind I’ve ever written. Booked because it was cheap, but I overpaid for what they offered.
