Great stay. Clean accommodations and friendly staff. Would stay again.

The place is actually pretty nice and a good price. The staff are not great and some of the rules were not customer centric but over all nice stay!

Its ok for family

We love this property and its other location on palm parkway(although slighty more expensive since its so close to Disney and the other parks like universal). Great location for Disney parks. Great size and floorplan for our family of 7. toddler can have its own room to get good naps and night sleeps. has plenty of fun things to do even at the resort for kids, but most people are doing Disney so-all that is really bonus if you take a day off from parks. great and affordable price especially at kissimmee property. very close to Walmart for stocking up grocery for the week. plenty of restaurants and stores and other activities in Kissimmee. Kissimmee is an old town so if you want new everything, go with the palm parkway location-you will pay more usually but that property has also been newly rennovated to more modern look/feel (it doesn't really have any amenities but a pool/spa). it also is closer to other theme parks and turkey lake road is all new development with all the new restaurants and near I-Drive things to do. Overall a great place plenty of space for a family of 7 in the 3 bedroom condo and a great price. Bathrooms are a little old and strange design, but they work! lol. if you are elderly you may not like them since they are not walk-in showers they are all tubs so you have to step over the sides of the tubs and may be difficult for elderly.

Two adult sisters and our 80 year old mother had plenty of room. We had a 2 room suite with 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining table and living room which included a washer/dryer too.we had a toilet quit but they made a complete repair quick. Older place but was clean. Only suggest they fix all the jets in all the hot tubs and keep kids from swimming in them

It was a cute little room. Great for a night or two but not great for long term, unless you are a quiet couple who won’t be in most times. That being said, the one thing that bothered me the most was the fact that there are two separate doors connecting to the other units that were undisclosed. Locks on both of them. If disclosed I wouldn’t mind as I’m prepared but walking into the room and seeing the doors with towels underneath was just eerie. Please disclose to up your guest with added pictures

People in the adjacent Unit were not necessarily loud it was just that we could very easily hear every conversation and activity..

I had a ball ….. it was cute and quiet Game room for the kids awesome. I would recommend it and I would definitely go again. four or five pools hot tubs 💕💘 I love the Jetta tub in the rooms. They are awesome.

The hotel (more of a motel) appears decent from the street. We drove by during the day to check it out first and it appeared okay. When we checked in at night it was a different story. Area is dark, lots of foot traffic through the parking lots and felt generally unsafe. The rooms were not good. Walls were paper thin and you could hear the neighbors voices very clearly even at normal conversation volume level. There was a door connecting the room next door which is expected in some hotel room setups, both sides typically being able to be locked from each room. These rooms had what seemed to be an interior door separating the two rooms. There was a lock on the door that you have no control over, just a keyhole. Worst part is that there was a half inch plus gap at the bottom of the door that you could look through into the room next door and vise versa. We checked out within a half hour of arriving and went to a different hotel.
