The place is actually pretty nice and a good price. The staff are not great and some of the rules were not customer centric but over all nice stay!

The suite smelled of damp and the bedroom carpet was wet in areas upon arriving. Unsafe small appliances that need replacing. Crack in the bath tub and shower over a jacuzzi tub which made it very difficult to use the shower safely. There were electrical cables under the wet bar that were exposed.
Extremely dated overall. The adjoining room doors offered zero sound barrier and you could hear everything from the other room which made the suite very noisy at times. Would not stay there again.

Service was horrible, at check in time 4pm the room was not available and they don’t know when it would be ready. Front desk talk to me as they are doing me a favor.

The property is old and dated . When you arrive at the check in area you don’t get that vibe until your arrive at your room and you step into 1970. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and had two towels with a note that asked us to wash them . Well we were on vacation and didn’t plan on doing laundry . The bathrooms needed to be cleaned better because there was literally mold around the tub . And the outlets in BOTH bedrooms you needed to unplug the lamps (the light sources for the rooms ) to be able to charge any electronic devices. The building we were in the rooms below us were all people who lived there year round so the parking situation was a little difficult as well because they don’t move their trucks . (But are very friendly ) but I guess you get what you pay for .

We loved the resort. Everyone was very friendly. The main pool area with options for drinks and food were terrific. I played Bingo for the first time. Loved it!!! Our room was a mini suite. We had plenty of room with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The only negative comment the walls are very thin. We are already planning another trip.😊🌞

The mini suit has limited privacy! You can hear everything next door. No parking available in or around your building. I had to park at another building.
