Good service with polite people. Big ups for Judith at the reception. I liked her very much. A friendly woman with a beautiful smile. Breakfast was also really good. The room was well spacious with a good view of the street and a spacious closet

We stayed at Imperial Express only one night but it was a great experience. The room and the common areas were super clean but the highlight was Raymond, the guy at the reception, he was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, highly recommended. Thank you very much.

"Exceptional stay! The location was perfect, the hospitality was top-notch, and the rooms were impeccably clean. A big shout out to Nicholas and Catherine for their ever smiling and helpful demeanor. Keep up the good work 👍. Highly recommend this boutique hotel for a wonderful experience!" whether you go for business or pleasure to Kisumu . Kudos to the staff and the Management 👏👏👏. Room was clean and staff were very helpful. I liked the AC in my room which was very helpful to shield against the violent heat in the city. Hotel is also very close to amenities and accessible/well known so twas easy enough to reach when giving directions to Uber drivers and boda boda

Hospitality good,good bed,very friendly staff. Create car parking lot for those who have personal vehicles. Car security is very paramount. I'll confirm next time I happen to visit Kisumu city. Otherwise I enjoyed the stay. Last point. Please manage loud music coming from neighbors. It's really annoying at night.
