If I could give them 1 point I would have. The worst hotel I've ever been to. The rooms are super dirty. U just walk 2 steps barefoot and your feet are black. The service in the hotel is just nonexistent. I was charged half price for early check-in even though they had the room ready. They really like making money on foreigners but the quality is horrible. Stay away from this place. By the way when I decided to leave a day earlier they didn't even bother to get my money back. The territory is nice inside but it's not cleaned like ever. You can't even touch the wall as your hand goes dirty

Room was clean and tidy, the hotel itself is very pretty with European style decoration. Food in the restaurant tasted good. Overall great value for money

Hotelnya keren,lokasinya strategis,bersih tp sayang fasilitas kamr yg kurang ok, pertama kali datang ac tdk dingin,air tdk panas,sabun mandi sampai kosong,jd kita harus melapor n menggu untuk perbaikan baru menikmati kenyamanan.tlg untuk pihak hotel lebih memperhatikan itu sebelum tamu masuk kamar.terimakasih.

Stayed here with many of my friends for 3 months during my Training (Diklat) in one of State-owned Company in Indonesia. The food selection was just okay. But it taste delicious. The hotel staff were all also kind to us. Even we’ve befriends with them since they already help us a lot while staying there for 3 months. The hotel is like a U-shaped with beautiful garden in the middle, so book a room near the garden, open spaces to see the sky, and listen to the water fountain will be like a simple retreat.

A lovely old building, unfortunately a mass renovation was happening when i stayed. Despite that it was still a nice stay. The staff were great, the restaurant good and the room nice.
