We were in Knoxville for just a quick overnight but we wanted to get a feel for the city. This hotel has a great location downtown. Staff was great. Free breakfast was great. The room and amenities were great. Definitely stay here again.

everything was fine but at check in our keys didn't work so we got new ones and they gave us keys to a room that already had someone else staying in and we walked in on them. they did give us a comp to the rooftop bar but we were not able to use it as we were there for a christmas party at another location

We loved the proximity to Market Square and Old City for our annual Christmas with our grand-daughter. Regal Theater next door and the Christmas decrsrions inside and outsidenthe hotel

Staff was friendly, very close to downtown activities and attractions. Encountered some billing issues between Hyatt and Hotels/*******, but hopefully resolved. Only downside, the hot water never really got hot both days/nights, despite 15-30 minutes running it.

Great spot! Clean, well-located, great service. The rooftop bar was a little overwhelming, but the rest was great. Tip-top staff!
