I was unable to stay because my travel provider canceled and the hotel would not reschedule nor issue a refund. I feel like I was robbed. They could have at least rescheduled as they had the availability. They didn’t have the compassion or flexibility they would have liked to receive if in the same circumstances themselves.

Great hotel very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. Will definitely stay here again when passing through the area.

We didn't know what to expect from a Best Western, but we needed a night at a hotel on our way down to Nashville. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff is wonderful here, the room is very clean and quiet. We will stay at a Best Western Plus again!

I would recommend staying at this property only if you are hearing impaired or if you’re one of those rare hibernators who is able to sleep next to a railroad track where the trains never stop. Was it ever loud! Tried to sleep with earplugs in, and all we could hear all night long was the roar and rumble of traffic going by on the interstate. Didn’t realize how close to the highway it was when I made the reservation. Otherwise, it would be adequate for a brief stay at a basic hotel for not too much money.

We really liked the spaciousness of the executive suite. The mattress was very good. Room was clean. Breakfast very good. My only complaint is low water pressure in the shower.
