This place is awful it stunk the room was full of black mold..They had *********** walking the parking lot jumping into truck drivers cabs they were doing ***** right in the parking lot throwing ******** out in the opening where any child could have gotten access to them..They had ***** being sold out the parking lot cars in and out sometimes same car 3 or more times a night..They were rude and also I have a five week old baby who was kept up all night due to loud music partying outside my door and I called office to report it to find out they to were outside as well partying..Well the following day I called cooperate and made a complaint within 10 minutes the office calls saying I have to leave which I was anyway but when I asked why they say bc you told cooperate and I was paid up for two more days and I requested a refund since I didn’t use them and was out before 11 to get told no..Then they kept my deposit they charged me $200 for that and $65 a night for a service dog with paperwork and a identification card I showed at check in and I called trying to get my fee back for service dog and my deposit and refund for room I paid up for and they only thing they found was a charge for the room..

Property is what you would expect for the price. Our stay was comfortable and we were fairly close to the TN basketball gymnasium. We experienced a problem at check-in between the property and *******. I had a confirmation from *******, but the hotel did not have a reservation on file for us. This was aggravating.

Door was damaged and deadbolt would not lock. Room was listed as nonsmoking but had clearly been smoked in.

Liked it had motel style door for each room. Small room but clean and comfortable. A bit noisy at night. Reviving cars nearby. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was just carbs basically.

The night clerk was awesome. I cannot remember a time when I came across someone as friendly as this lady. I do not know what she gets paid, but I definitely would say that she deserves a raise or a bonus from her employers for the way that she makes you feel. She goes out of her way to make sure that everything is absolutely perfect for you.

Front staff was amazing. Rooms were semi clean. No salt on the 4 inches of ice in parking lot and steps. NO HEAT in the room, air blew constantly through the front door. 4°weather. Toilet wasnt secured to the floor. Shower didnt drain. Bathroom door didnt lock. Cigarette burns in the sheets and comforter.

The room was not updated. The furniture was worn and not leveled. The heat was hard to control. The breakfast did not have much to offer. There was no guide for the TV.

The floors were very dirty and sticky in the bathroom and entryway. Even the tub was dirty enough we didn’t dare step in it. The front desk host was very nice. The hotel was just run down overall.
