The overall stay was great. It is in the perfect location for a couple getaway. Walking distance to everywhere downtown, Market Square, Old City, Tennessee Theater, etc. We were not informed about the dress code at the rooftop bar, women were wearing backless bathing suits with sweat pants but hoodies werent allowed. The free breakfast in the morning was nice however by the time they restocked silverware and drinkware our food was cold so the second day we went to Ruby Sunshine instead. We also booked a room with a view, we had a view however it was from the side and you could see about 10 feet of downtown if you leaned against the window and that was it. Overall it was a great time the few inconveniences were small and now we know for next time.

The decision to delete BACON from the weekend breakfast menu will keep me from ever using this hotel again. Save a couple of dollars and lose guests for ever.

Location, location, location!! Everything was just lovely! The breakfast staff was fantastic! So accommodating & friendly! I will definitely stay here in the future!

Clean, spacious room, great breakfast. Valet parking was very slow, but appeared to be under staffed.
Great for families, but is pricy. Great location.

Beautiful hotel!! Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. This will be my new go to place when staying in Knoxville. Guest check in was a breeze with the most delightful young man.
