Element Knoxville West

10 everyone and every thing was wonderful. Very clean and lovely shades of light blue. Felt very comfortable in hotel, plus an electric car charger.

Good breakfast and clean room. Monique at the front desk was very helpful and provided excellent service.

We booked online and the room we wanted was sold out. When we check in our more expensive room was not what we got. We were to have a pull out sofa for the higher price. We ended up with a handicap room no sofa. I will be wary of booking a room online. Front desk employees were great. Mary Barnes

Pros: Pleasant decor. Great staff. Good breakfast. Cons: Hard beds. Loud road noise.

We stayed at the Element in Huntsville and it was fabulous. This establishment was not at all like that one. The staff was unprofessional, we checked into our room and the door wouldn’t shut because the lock was broken, and there was only one employee that was having to take care of everything. We do not plan on staying at this location again.

I stayed at the Element in Chattanooga which was amazing. It was clean and beautiful so I decided to book in Knoxville. The hotel was dirty and not taken care of like the one in Chattanooga. For some reason we were given a handicap room practically in the parking lot. The room was gross. The sink had what looked like a massive pile of chia seeds in the sink drain that we had to flush down. The handicap shower was gross. Had some hair and a moldy gross shower curtain. I would’ve requested a different room, but at that point we were so tired and were only staying half the night so decided to brave it.

Nice hotel and amenities. Our room comfortably housed my wife and I along with 3 kids (7mth, 2yr, 15yr). However, the room was not very clean (dishes were dirty, floors left black residue on your feet). We had to request blankets for the hide-a-bed (none in the closet). We requested a crib which they did find one for us, but no crib sheet. The shampoo and liquid soap dispensers in the shower had come loose. There were no towels for the pool at 9am. After requesting, they brought out just enough for us and only the size of large hand towels. Breakfast was tasty. Service was a bit strange and disconnected. Overall, it felt like a place with good potential that is mis-managed.

Another wonderful stay at Element West Knoxville. Third time staying and this is always my choice when visiting Knoxville. Pet friendly, good breakfast!

Front desk people very nice and friendly. But the overall bathroom was not very clean at all.
