Wonderful hotel, the price is amazing, its at the beach, breakfast is ok, the gym is not good

The location is fabulous, right on a beautiful beach with stunning sunsets. The room was good with swimming pool right outside. The breakfast was a bit chaotic with long queues for coffee and eggs. The village restaurants were great.

Nice place with direct access to the beach. Stuff too slow but still friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel

Great resort located by the beach. There is a perfect view of the beach where you can watch sunrise and sunsets while sipping on some cocktails from their bar. The staff was friendly and ready to assist. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back!👌🏽

We enjoyed our trip to Royal Yao Yai tremendously. lovely spot with great service. Food was great again as well as the service Beach was great.

Overall a good stay. Feels like it’s one of the best on the island. If you’re looking for a really quiet town with lots of sun and relaxation, this is it.
Resort food leaves something to be desired. There is much better (and cheaper) food up the road within a few steps. Cleanliness is on par with the what I’ve seen elsewhere in Thailand.
Would go back!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Breakfast was tasty, beach was great, the room was clean, and the staff were very kind and friendly, even giving us free late check-out to help accommodate us while we did a half-day boat tour. Love Koh Yao Yai and really enjoyed the Royal Yao Yai!

We booked the Phe Phe island .
This came up as an option.
Sadly it was on another island.
So we had to book another hotel on Phe Phe island when we arrived. Luckily we got some where to stay .

One of the most beautiful places, we stayed for 2 nights however wish we extended, there are lots of hotels to choose from but everything about this hotel is unreal
