Location in excellent. Very close to shopping malls and JR stations . Breakfast is light but yummy and afternoon tea service is wonderful. All of my family really enjoyed staying at the hotel.

The reception looks presentable but the room was quite old and toilet was really small. Will consider to try other hotel on my next visit to Kobe.

The air conditioning is not working and no ventilation at all. The room facilitates are a bit old and there is no safe box equipped in the room.

The room is smaller than the size mentioned during booking. Other than that, great location to food and transportation. There is a famous kobe beef restaurant below the hotel

In general, the hotel a good, but the WiFi in the room was very weak. I needed to do online meetings but it was impossible from my room. I needed to use the lobby WiFi
