Hotele niedaleko Suma-dera, Kobe

I have to express my sincere gratitude to Ms Hatsumi from the hotel. Thanks to her help, I had a wonderful trip to Rokkōsan. She is definitely a polite, professional, and of course pretty lady. Her communication skills are good especially that she speaks fluent English which would be of great help for someone like me who don't speak any japanese. Although the original local tour was full of bookings , she helped me reserve a taxi and solve my ease of communicating with local taxi drivers. The view and environment is splendid with a great hotel service teams. I would highly recommend to someone who wants to experience a unique accommodation experience. Though the drawbacks , as you might know already , is 1) no private bathroom 2) not sound-proof building materials , but it is understandable given that the hotel is with ancient history

Tym razem podczas mojej podróży pojawił się nieoczekiwany problem. Mój syn zachorował na zapalenie żołądka i jelit w nocy, a hotel pomógł nam wezwać karetkę pogotowia do szpitala i uważnie śledzić nasz przypadek. Ostatecznie wyzdrowiał w ciągu 1-2 dni po zażyciu leków, a personel hotelu nadal monitoruje nasz przypadek. Chciałbym skorzystać z okazji i podziękować całemu personelowi hotelu, a zwłaszcza recepcji, za wsparcie. Zdecydowanie poleciłbym ten hotel każdemu, kto chciałby odwiedzić Kobe. Dzięki

Hotel oferuje wszystkie niezbędne przybory toaletowe, piżamę, kapcie, a nawet maseczkę na twarz. Pokój jest czysty i wygodny do spania. Udogodnienia obejmują pralkę, suszarkę i pralkę. Hotel znajduje się w odległości krótkiego spaceru od stacji Sannomiya, a tuż przy hotelu znajduje się wiele restauracji i sklepów. Darmowy bufet z beeakast to dodatkowy atut, ale zjedzenie go raz czy dwa razy nie stanowi problemu. Menu jest prawie takie samo każdego dnia. Personel jest przyjazny. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie są łatwe i szybkie.

Very good service provided by the staff of the hotel. Sleeping robe, shaver, comb, tooth brush and tooth paste is provided free. There is a self-service laundry room, which costs 500Yen for 3 kg load, 2 hours. Hotel is very near to the Sannomiya train station and there are supermarkets, Daiso, restaurants, and a bowling centre just next door. Perfect for families. The room is very big and comes with 4 beds. Ample space to open 3 luggage bags and walk around. Love the hair dryer provided in the room!

Quite a nice hotel. Accessible to places via walking. The room is clean and comfortable. Daily changing of towels and bath robes is provided (may not be that environmental friendly). It will be good to provide a few hangers 😊 Otherwise, it's been a pleasant stay in the hotel.

Not sure what has happened to Japan standard in the past couple of years but had called the hotel to confirm that linens are scent free (standard in Japan before) and was told yes. Unfortunately they are not, this new laundry detergent that is slowly spreading throughout Japan is absolutely horrible causing all sorts of allergic reactions (not only to me.) I start having rashes, compromised breathing, and inflammation issues. If it’s the same detergent used back in America, then it might be eco-friendly, but definitely not human friendly. I truly hope that Japan goes back to the way it was before the introduction of some western products filled with harmful chemicals to humans. It is not because you don’t react to it that it is not harming your body, it’s only a question of time and when it does, you won’t know why and there is no turning back. Take it from an Asian American born who was the biggest fan of American marketed products. We do have good products like ECOLAB, which is both, sustainable for the environment without compromising human health. Maybe laundry company should look into that company or simply return to Japanese products before. Good thing thing their pyjama are still scent free so I had to wrap the bed and cover with their pyjama to get through the night.

The room are extremely clean and comfortable, with warm lighting very conducive during sleeping time! Breakfast is great too! Staff are professional!

This hotel is next to the ropeway to herb garden. There is a supermarket , train station and ¥100 shop within the same building. There is a 7-11 just outside (level 1). Parking is available at 8th floor for hotel guest chargeable at ¥1500 per night. Breakfast is fantastic - their curry , omelette and smoothie are their specialty. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel .

Great location, a short walk to central Kobe. Front desk service is great. Parking is only free for cars with low height. Can be slightly noisy since it's next to the railway, but a non-issue in general.

Hotel service was good. Dinner and breakfast was provided as part of the stay. Food was good for the stay since there are not much options for food at Arima. Most shops are closed by afternoon. Though the hotel is old but it’s renovated (except for the old wooden cupboard) which made the stay more pleasant. Onsen is indoor and small so will need to go at hours with lesser people.
