出差過來自駕經過，酒店一面靠山，一面靠湖，景色宜人，空氣清新，早餐比較豐盛，服務也很好，價格比較親民，是個不錯的選擇

The GrauerBaer is truly a wonderful hotel. We had an amazing few days here and left with such a fondness for the area and hotel itself. It had such a relaxed vibe. The staff were all brilliant, always willing to help. The food was delicious, the breakfast was ideal and the view from our room was outstanding too. We went hiking on two of the days using the suggested route planner on their app. We also went cycling from the hotel with the bikes that were included with the room! Highly recommend this place for a quiet relaxing getaway.

The GrauerBaer hotel is such an old charm. The room had a big balcony overlooking Kochel Am See lake, the door key was the old big key style, with a very antic charm. The pieces of furnitures were beautifully presented. There is a grand piano at the foyer, a grandfather's clock, old style standing mirror and old photos through out. There's sauna, solarium, wellness centre where you can have different massage services. The food served at the restaurant is so mouth watering, everything was so good and such a diverse menu. The staff were all friendly. Definitely not cheap, but you absolutely get your money's worth. Thanks much for the fantastic experience. Special mention to the good looking, young and very nice fellow who picked us up from the bus station because we couldn't get a taxi to the hotel. Would love to go back🥰👌🥂

The location of this hotel is to die for! Kochel am See is stunningly beautiful and this hotel is perched on the edge of the lake - our bedroom just hung over the water. On a bitingly cold day (at least -10*c) we had a warm welcome at reception - the receptionist spoke no English and we had virtually no German but we got along fine! The bedroom was comfortable, if a little austere (traditional), and the bathroom was smallish but modern and all very clean. The room was warm and stayed that way through the night (not all hotels can say that). The hotel is in two parts with the accommodation and wellness centre separated by about 40m - important to know when the temperature is so low. We watched the sunset from the restaurant where we took tea and later had dinner. The restaurant is formal but friendly - you need to ensure that you get a window table. We had our best meal in Germany here - my wife had half a squash stuffed with mushrooms and cheese and I had three fishes (salmon, char and another fish we could not get google translate to recognise) on a bed of mushrooms and courgettes baked in parchment followed by a sharing plate of desserts. The portions were massive like everywhere in Bavaria but these dishes were beautifully executed. The hotel is just outside the village on the road between Kochelsee and Walchensee and in warmer weather would be a great location for walking around the lake and mountaineering.

Angekommen und sofort familienfreundlich empfangen. Schöner direkter Seeblick auch von den geräumigen Zimmern. Toller großer Saunabereich. Frühstücksbuffet ausgezeichnet, auch im Restaurant am Abend schmackhafte Speisen. Super freundlicher Service. Zu jeder Zeit kommen wir gerne wieder. Eberhard und Karola Fink sagen nochmals Dankeschön.

Das Hotel ist zwar schon in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch wird es sehr sauber gehalten. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Frühstück gab es jeden Tag die beste Auswahl, reichlich von allem. Stets frisches Obst, auch schon als Obstsalat zubereitet. Nur einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es dafür, dass das Hotel keine kleine Aufmerksamkeit zu meinem Geburtstag übrig hatte, den ich während des Aufenthalts hatte. Schade
