Club Mahindra Virajpet, Coorg

I had an aweful stay experience. 1) No one was there for the luggage pickup when we arrived . 2) Rooms werenot maintained. I had to chase staff in getting basic facilities like telephone service. 3) Strictly avoid the restaurant , they are sort of food items which are edible. The restaurant is packed and the service is not very good. Most crucially, though, nobody is genuinely making an effort to practice basic hygiene. I noticed that insects were moving on the buffet counter table and that cats were licking the plates. 3) A complimentary cake was promised to me , but they refused it at the last minute of the day, so I had to work very hard to get it in time. . 4) The majority of the activities were not operational. Pool was overcrowded and not properly maintained.

Even though the weather was hot, we had a lot of fun. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The activities are good and especially enjoyed the Coffee plantation walk and good information about Coorg and its flora and fauna. The restaurants serve great food as well.

Very good stay. The coffee plantation walk with madan was very knowledgeable and overall we had a lot of fun. Great food and good portion size. Recommend to do all the activities. Friendly and helpful staff. Good for a weekend getaway. Highly recommend.

We had a four nights stay at Club Mahindra Virajpet. We were quite delighted during our stay 2 years back at Club Mahindra's Madikeri property. Virajpet again is no lesser by any means, the property is very big themed based on butterflys. Our 8 years old daughter had enough activities in Happy Hub to keep her engaged which helped us to have a relaxed stay. Thanks to Likitha and Liam in Happy Hub. The coffee plantation walk by Naturalist Madhan was amazing, gained lots of knowledge from him. Our single bedroom apartment was vell maintained by the house keeping team Kartick and Madhan. Wonderful Service in Coorgenberg restaurant by Sawmi and Madhu. Overall We are quite happy and eager to visit the property again!!!

It was great small trip with Mr Madan who is very knowledgeable and explain us very well. We gain lots of valuable information about coffee & spices and other kind of plantation with local traditions, it's benifits. At last Madan prepared coffee cup for us It was our great pleasure and thankful to Mr Madan and Club Mahindra. Thanks & Regards U***g

Me and my family went on a plantation walk with Mr Madan at Club Mahindra Virajpet. It was an informative and fun walk. We got to see and taste fresh peppers and coffee berries. Mr Madan was kind enough to answer all our queries *****with giving us indepth knowledge about coffee cultivation and the various coffees available. The trail ended with a trip to the Ain***e store and we left the store with the aroma of Arabica coffee which Mr Madan brewed for us. Highly recommended walk. Thanks a lot Madan and keep up the good work!

Well maintained and superb vibe. Much activities. Cleanliness is fine. We had spent time in activities like quard bike nail art swimming pools w c. Nail art by Ms likhita was mazing. Had great time .

Nice girl name likhita done good Jod and yesterday activity program was also good kids enjoy the play zone staff is very cooperative loved the food and the greenery over here is so beautiful over all loved the hole experience

Excellent trip , very well explained , enjoyed fully ji, Mr Madan took us in the coffee plantation area where he explained very deeply about the plants coffee, spices, history of coffee plantation, very nice presentation indeed, had coffee after visit, nice taste of coffee cherry. Thanks a lot.
