Beautiful heritage hotel with a strong pedigree.. great location.. well ***nered and courteous staffs. Super food. Their amenities are good.. the restaurant, the parking, the club all are well maintained and clean. The restaurant staff will go above and beyond for your needs. My boys were catered with chocos and hot milk even for dinner. Chef prepared chicken noodles for my kids out of his way. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Wil come back again here while visiting kodaikanal

The Carlton hotel in Kodaikanal is an excellent place to stay with family. We had a great time there. The arrangements and the food is wonderful. Would like to make a special mention of Mr. Anand, Holiday Activity coordinator for our pleasant stay there. He arranged for a number of activities and programmes for adults as also children. Would recommend everyone to visit this hotel in Kodaikanal.

Very nice place with nice hospitality towards guests. Loved the views. And emenities like spa at low cost after booking and also free bike rides around the lake loved it. And the food is also good enough. And it is nearby to lot of tourist spots. Definitely will go again.

The stay and the service was nice . The food which was served was so good enough . Simran guided us well in booking and arranging the stay comfortable. It was a pleasant stay which would be kept in our minds forever. It was so good . Planning to visit again some time .

Amazing view from the rooms and great service. Staff was kind and helpful and always there to help. The rooms were spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. Good room service and housekeeping was always there to help. Miss SImran was very helpful and always there to help

It was a nice stay in the hotel...rooms and service was good I love the games and food service we loved the service of anand captain ..the view of the lake from the hotel was nice kids love playing room service was good ..guest receiver simran was of good communication

It's good. A**osphere is good. Food also good and healthy.... the play area was amazing.... staff are very friend and helpful.....view from the hotel just amazing.. my children he liked the play are more... magic show was nice... si*** guest relation associate is very professional.... The hotel with best Kodai Lake view. Spacious rooms and lush green lawns meeting the Kodai lake. It’s the best place to be . Wonderful breakfast and Lush gardens and Activity area. We stayed for 3 days and evening were mesmerising with planning done by Mr Anand the activity coordinator. We were kept engaged by his Housie games and followed by Bonfire on the terrace we also got entertained by Tamil Folk dance Karakoram by folk dancer Mr Suresh (a delight to watch). Overall 5 star rating for the hotel and the staffs who took care of all our needs. Loved the stay. Highly recommended.

The best ambience was awesome… the staff are up to mark… very cortical staff I must say… food was very tasty and healthy… we never see like this service in any hotel… From check in to check out we just loved it Simran guest relation associate is very prof in her work The people Mr Kalai, Santhosh , Sujith , muregesh , snivert , Kannan …. And so on … just amazing Eager to come again
