Starlight Resort Koh Phangan

Hotel położony przy przepięknej plaży, prawdziwy relaks. Spędziliśmy jedną noc, 2 osoby dorosłe i 2 dzieci, w bungalowie z widokiem na basen i morze. Na kilka nocy jest ok, ale na więcej dni nie ma wystarczająco dużo miejsca dla 4 osób w jednym pokoju

Szkoła oddalona od szkoły, kontakt z Info jest bardzo utrudniony. W nocy woda nie leci, nie można wziąć prysznica, brak informacji, w ogóle nie można się z nikim skontaktować. Nie było wcześniej żadnej zapowiedzi, że woda nie leci, ani że ze szkoły nic nie wynika, czyli śpimy bez brania prysznica. Umyj twarz, umyj zęby. Bo woda nie płynie. Czy to prawda?Pełna kwota została już zapłacona. Ale kontakt z Wcale nie w szkole. Zostawię to do rozważenia dowódcy.

Zatrzymałem się w tym ośrodku na kilka nocy. Lokalizacja jest trochę daleko od wszystkiego i nic w pobliżu poza plażą. Aby móc swobodnie poruszać się po tym terenie trzeba mieć hulajnogę. Pokój był całkiem normalny, trochę stary, a toaleta dość zła. Zepsuło się drugiej nocy. Prysznic jest otwarty, więc wszystko staje się mokre. Żadnego szamponu, żadnego żelu pod prysznic, żadnej szczoteczki do zębów… chyba dlatego, że zarezerwowaliśmy podczas festiwalu Half Moon, ceny były bardzo wysokie ze względu na brak dostępności pokoi prawie wszędzie, więc ostatecznie zapłaciliśmy wysoką cenę za bardzo standardowy i prosty pokój.

Замечательный пляж, один из лучших на Пангане. Жили в этом отеле 8 дней. Обошли все отели на пляже и сделали вывод, что наш- самый лучший.

Hotel is located away fork the main tourist area of Koh Phangan, some would describe the location as being in the middle of the Jungle however this has its benefits and offers a very unique experience. Near to the hotel there is a small village with a number of shops and various eateries serving fresh local Thai food. The hotel itself is in a very peaceful setting with a pool and beach right on the doorstep (Thong Nai Pan Yai beach). The pool is small however is perfect for a quick dip and to cool down in the hot weather, there's an ontite shop at the hotel with all the essentials. Plenty of sunloungers around the pool area. I stayed in a fan room on the 1st floor the bed was large and comfy and had a large balcony with outside wooden chairs and tables. The bathroom was also large however the toilet roll was located outside the bathroom - I did find this a bit odd, but I guess it's good exercise with the walking bath and forth to the toilet. I would stay at this hotel again.

This place has maybe had a facelift recently as the new block of accommodation is really lovely and great value. We stayed in the fan only room which were gone for us and a bargain at 700 Bt per night. The A/C rooms in the next block were more luxurious and had a fridge and TV and were also good value for the area. The pool is great - one of the biggest and best on the beach. There's no restaurant but this really didn't bother us as there's so many places to choose from ( our favourites being the 2C bar up the steep hill with views over the bay and the food court in the village which serves great value, super fresh food with decent portions all served with a smile). Many reviews complaining about the unfriendly staff and issues with extra charges - maybe this was a thing of the past because we had no issues at all. The rooms were cleaned every day and the place was kept really nicely. Highly recommended.
