A nice place to stay if you like privacy. We visit the place with 4 kids between 5 and 18 and its a nice Big apartment with good space and easy to drive up here yourself in a car. We didnt Went here for breakfast or staff, But more as a thing as staying together in a place with space for all of us. I Can recommend the place and the recommendation about how bad it is was something i was Reading and somehow i Got really positive surprised. And i Can recommend just on the Road This coffee shop to eat every day where the breakfast is cheap and ecellent and with a great view and also with an amazing cafe latte.. ☀️🤌🏼

The biggest disappointment on Koh Samui. Unfortunately, all the negative reviews on Google Maps turned out to be a reality for us. We stopped by paying for a Villa for a month for 80 thousand baht, plus the same amount of deposit. Photos and reality are two different things. The first day we spent cleaning the room, removing dust and dead insects to put our stuff into shelves. The next day there was a terrible smell of sewage, and we could not use some rooms. We found a non-working shower and plumbing in terrible condition, water was flowing down the walls and plaster was falling. The room was completely unusable and we constantly had to call the staff to fix something. Then cockroaches appeared in the room! The staff did not react to this in any way. We wrote messages that were ignored. We asked for a refund to move out, as the housing is not worth it, but we were not given a clear answer. The last straw was the invasion of insects, we called for help from the staff, we had huge grasshoppers, beetles, flying creatures, we treated everything with spray — they rained down on us from the ceiling, I killed 40 pieces and then stopped counting, there were hundreds of them. All the doors were closed, but obviously in their housing where there is no constant care, there are cracks somewhere. They were still coming, we ran out of treatment, and we just had to run away without belongings in the middle of the night and look for a place to sleep, it was scary and disgusting to be there, because the staff just finished their working day and ignored all our requests to help. They have a "wonderful" boss, Linda, who gives all orders and is apparently a con artist, collecting money and not maintaining her housing in an adequate condition, spitting on the guests. Since all our requests to return at least some of the money were ignored every day, and the problems were growing, we had to contact the police. When we returned to the hotel, we were greeted kind of aggressively after the police call, and were told that you can leave today or tomorrow. Again, no clear answer. We asked to clean and treat the room from insects so that we could go inside. When they made the decision, they immediately asked us to move out without warning in advance, we were shocked that they were kicking us out just in a matter of minutes, everything happened in a rough form and at a very late time, we didn't have time to find new housing and we found ourselves with suitcases on the street in the mountains at 22 o'clock, not knowing where to go, while we were packing our bags, we were constantly called and kicked out of the room. But the staff was no longer there and no one would have cleaned the room, we were simply put out on the street. I have never met such disrespect. For 4 terrible nights in this mess, 20,000 baht was withheld from us. This is really a disgusting attitude, we are very disappointed with both the place and the staff. Оказались в этом отеле 31 декабря, в канун нового года, просто спасение. Выбрали за 5 минут, не знали куда едем, в горы, ночью ничего не понятно. Встретили Новый Год 2024 в ресторане при отеле, тихо и спокойно, увидели все фейерверки острова сверху 🤍 Проснулись утром и обалдели от вида на океан/залив 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍 Словами не описать, счастью не было предела! Локация 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍 Желаем каждому испытать такое счастье 🤍 Номера, апарты, с кухней, бассейнами из спален, ванны, большими пространствами, есть номера со своими садами, мы побывали в дюплексе и номером с садом, это шикарно! Нужно учитывать, что отель в горах, это не в шаговой доступности до воды, но на территории есть 3 и более бассейнов, в парочке из которых можно приплыть на завтрак в ресторан 🤍🤍🤍 Подъем к отелю очень крутой, поездка наверх на протяжении 5 минут как на сафари, классно 🤍🤍🤍 Завтрак не входит в стоимость проживания, но они очень доступные! Персонал очень приветливый, сервис на высоте! Запомнились, Мистер Фрогги (трансфер) и Мистер Стефан из ресторана 🤍🤍 Огромное спасибо, создателям резиденции!🤍
