The staff was very attentive especially the house keeping lady that helped us cleaning the room as we got checked into a room that wasn’t ready.
We open the curtains and there were dead mouse so we called the cleaning lady back and she kindly helped us dispose it. She’s very kind.
We didn’t have any complaints and all staff were helpful. The hotel looks new and bed were very big and comfortable.

5 night stay.
When we checked in we were given a room with air con that did not work. We complained and were given another room on the 5th floor. The room was spacious and had a great seat in the window with a pleasant view, sea and mountains in the distance. The wi-fi was so weak that we could not connect to it.
The hotel is generally well cleaned. The breakfast was ok. Most of the staff were good. The pool is good. Customers were smoking in non smoking area outside the lobby without be asked to stop.
Location is good, set back from Chaweng Beach Road, with a small road and convenience store behind, so not too noisy. 10 - 15 minute walk to Chaweng beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
The car park filled up every night, mainly with tour vans, I always managed to find a space for our car.

I think for the money I paid it was not bad at all. Breakfast was not that great but not too bad. The staff were nice. The location is in the middle of the city and its close to everything. I didn’t use the pool so no comments on that.
The room was ok. Bathroom amenities were nice. Everything was just right. There’s a gym you can use though not many equipment.

The best hotel ever
We booked only 2 Nights and then we prolong our stay 4 Nights moore because it was Great .
The hotel is in good location ,very quiet but everething you need is near, shop, restaurant and beach

Everything is fine, except there is a bird net somewhere near my room; I can hear birds, including little ones, singing all day. 🤣

The room is big and spacious. The washroom smells badly. There is no phone in the room to get in touch for room service or at reception, every-time you have to go down at reception if you need any assistance. Even the TV does not work they only have news channels available for 2 days I was only watching news and no other channels.

This hotel is our favorite lodging whenever we are in Koh Samui. It is located strategically in Caweng Beach area and easily accessable to eateries and attractions.

Horrible service. Some staff were very unfriendly and uncooperative and some didn’t understand English so they confused all the time.
Extending the stay took for an hour, they took 30 mins to sell me water for some stupid reason with the glass bottles, they tried overcharging drinks and they were very impolite and unconsidered with my time. It never happened to me and I’ve been traveling for months in Thailand.
I definitely won’t repeat
