We made a reservation 5 months in advance. A month before they tell us that there was a mistake and that they did not record our reservation. Now they no longer have space for us (having the reservation confirmation). Actually they have raised prices and wanted to charge more for our room. A real shame! Please don't do any reservation with them, they are unhepful and a cheaters!

Frühbuchungen mit günstigem Preis führen 2 Monate vor Anreise zur Stornierung unter suspekten Begründungen wie Notfall und angeblichen Renovierungen. Renovierung in der Hauptsaison? Ein Notfall, der 2 Monate schon vorher bekannt ist? Tatsächlich sind wir vor Ort in einer seriösen Unterkunft und konnten sehen, dass das zugesagte Apartment belegt ist. Fazit: Es geht um den Preis, an den sich der Betreiber nicht halten wollte. Besonders ärgerlich das Verhalten von Booking-com. Nette freundliche "oh das tut uns leid" und i'm so sorry, aber keinerlei Mitwirkung zum Geschäftsgebaren dieses unseriösen Hotelbetreibers. Schade, da wir Jahre zuvor einen angenehmen Aufenthalt dort hatten. Günstige Angebote sind deshalb mit Vorsicht zu geniessen.
